Wow. Great specific explanation on proper form for each exercise. You are one of the best that I have ever come across explaining proper/CORRECT form. I got into bands years ago because I was able to get more out of a band workout, with proper form, than I did going to the gym slinging around heavier weight than I should..With bands, I have the convenience of doing a quick set or two in my garage. There are too many rocked up muscle heads on CZcams just showing off their physique , who do a poor job of explaining precise body mechanics..More importantly, they don’t focus on where one should FEEL the stress of the exercise which is paramount in knowing that one is doing the exercise correctly. For instance, mentioning hand/ wrist rotation is an important trick to get into proper form that most people leave out of their videos. GREAT JOB. Bro. I will subscribe. BTW. Another great CZcamsr is Jeff at AthlenX. He is cut so you can see exactly which muscles should be working during each exercise. I trust him because he is a Physical Therapist too.

Was gym rat n trainer 30+ years. Injury changed my routine. Now with the virus gig, and gyms closed, I am relearning what I knew worked with Bands.

Oh, fantastic! My apartment is tiny and the studs are deep, so it is challenging to mount anything on the wall (and it's preferred that I do not by management). I was looking for how to do exercises without anchors. Much appreciated.
Well my set of straps finally arrived yesterday so out of the pack did your chest set (as best I could practice makes perfect) and hey what a great workout, thanks very much, my arms are hanging off but it feels good. Onto the arms next then....

I am 51 and have MS. I have to exercise when I can, so I can keep my strength up. Lifting weights hasn't been helping me, but your resistance band workouts are. And they are SO much more challenging than the weights. Thank you for your workouts; they are changing my quality of life.
