sir, whenever i face crowd i don't know but a phobia develop and my legs shiverring, and sometimes i stucked on discussions(sound gets broked when i was speaking, showing aggressions), i always lived peace in harmony, but that time i was blank, produced broke sounds.

My doctor prescribed me Fluoxetine and Clomfranil for Psychogenic tremors. But these medications made me drowsy all the time. I lost my motivation. Don't know what to do 😢
Please eat healthy and on time. Don't sleep too late. Get to sleep before 10 pm daily. Make sure you are getting enough B vitamins including B12. Also get your sunshine vitamin d3 daily in the early morning or evening. Try to eat fish or take good quality omega 3 fish oil tablets daily. Eat fruits and vegetables daily. Make sure you are getting plenty of calcium from milk curd, paneer. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily. This can include tea, natural fruit juices, lassi, milk.Do not drink any alcohol.
Dr Advaith is a very good personality, He has a magic hands and the way he diagnosis is accurate.
My Mom was been cured by Dr Advait timely diagnosis and treatment. I respect him till my last breath as he saved my mom.

I have Essential tremor from my 3rd grade when I was 9 years old and I am still suffering bro. This is the worst disease to have in the world and it's really embarrassing to show your shaking hands infront of the world when you are doing some important work. @@Lifeisgoodandunfair1023 Perfectly fine. It automatically gets treated after some days. Do not search on google. It will show you something that will lead to more stress. You need not put any special treatments for that. I found that stress or any type of tensions lead to tremors sometime.👍🏻

Sir my index finger from right hand is shaking a bit since 4-5 days after I started my workout again, I can feel some vibrations came into my forearms muscles and it shakes for 2-3 times and then rests for 4-5 seconds and again shaking.
