    I was diagnosed with PPPD but now I have tremors I have done an MRI and CT scan nothing was found I am looking for any help I have been suffering for 5 years now… thank you for this video I will try anything

    I started noticing my tremors when i was 13 years old. I have shaking of the hands, When im under stress and feeling very nervous my legs, head and voice will also get affected. Especially if im doing a presentation in front of people or anything that puts me on the spot light. When im alone and calm its not that bad because its just regulated shaking. It gets worse when im under pressure, when im engaged in activities that require me to be very active. I wouldn't say that it affects my everyday activities but im worried it might in the future and im worried it might get worse when im older. Im 20 now. I hope you might have tips for me thanks.

      I can suggest a few things
      1. Apart from mindfulness as explained in the video, try to use ball squeesing, taking a walk, discussing with a friend about any events you are nervous about
      2. You can use progressive muscular relaxation which is an excellent way for calming your body and reducing anxiety
      3. As for presentations, try to speak in front of mirror, your friends for increasing confidence
      4. Make a list of questions that may be asked during presentations so you are better prepared.
      5. Take a time out for yourself when possible and seek a hobby which relaxes you (other than phones or TV) as physical activities calm us better.

    Hi ..Mam i have these terrible shaking when i handle a needle to draw blood ....i shake from the time they tell me i need to come take a blood sample after that i even forget what i am supposed to do .i has shifted a patients vein and i felt terrible about it and reduce my self esteem more .i shake teribly during presentations and have a sense of fear when i have to enter a room full of new peole too

      As I can see your shaking is related more to anxiety associated with whether you'd draw the blood right, if someone is watching you, audience anxiety, practicing these mindfulness techniques regularly esp. before such events will help you overcome this.
      Also, try to repeat the information about procedures or presentations in your head to know how confident you are in doing them

    😢It started in my left foot especially in the heel area, then it climbed to my knees and thighs. Now it is mostly in my lower back and left piriformis area. When I think about it, it gets worse, especially when I think of worst case scenarios such as serious diseases or getting paralyzed. But sometimes it completely disappears for a few hours. It usually happens when I lay in bed. When I sit in the living room, it's barely.noticeable or does not occur at all. Help me. Please

    Mam, when iam sitting and putting my hand on thigh my right starts to shake(last 2 finger) can yoh tell. Me what could be reason. I do have tingling and heaviness in my right hand

      May I know if you are on any medication?
      As imbalance and unsteadiness is a major problem, kindly try some lower limb coordination exercises. Also try to practice them after about 1 hour of medication.

    Dr. I've had tremors since April of last year after getting Tinnitus and hurting my neck. Can neck issues cause tremors. I've several bulging disc one pushes my spine and a pinched never. Can neck problem cause the tremors? Have then in my head whole body? Especially when sitting or laying down. I go see a neurologist on the 11th of July second time. CAT scan done on my brain was normal.

      I'm 62 I have them in my whole body. I've had tons of blood work done. And all good. When they originally started last year they were pretty rough. Did physical therapy 20 sessions on my neck. Tremors seem to go away All together. Then fell off my pool reinjured my neck. Tremors came back. But hand is steady I draw. it's inside like a vibrating. And breathing does help. They've actually seemed a lighter and shorter the past few days. Thank you Dr. 🙏♥️

      Your description points more towards cervical nerve compression with tingling sensation in upper limbs and secondary muscle weakness. This explains why injury to your neck triggered the tremors.

    i have been suffering with vertigo from last 13 years bcz of that when i walk on road i start feeling my feet is shaking..i dont know whether it is anxiety or not....i was diagonized with bppv nd i did manuevers and all but every time i walk on road or even when crossing the street i feel like my leg is shaking and i cant step forward,not only on the street but also in any open spaces even my house ....if i had to step forward then i'll just stop all of a sudden in the middle and feel dizzy bcz of the tremors....bcz of that i had to hold someones hand for support while walking....it is really very frustrating while family outing and bcz of that its very challenging for me to look after my kid(2 yrs old)

      Initially it might have been due to BPPV but due to fear of fall, it may persist as anxiety sets in.
      Please follow the mindfulness exercises as they will help to relax you for anxiety and dealing with vertigo.
      As it's crossing the road you face difficulty in, try to use them before you cross and use deep breathing while crossing. Also, holding onto an object like a bag provides support enough to calm anxiety.
      If possible, practice randomly crossing the road when you see no traffic.

    I am having internal vibrations or tremors when i am falling asleep. It started one year after delivery of my child. I wake up suddenly with fear feeling i am going to get a stroke.. what specialist doctor should i consult? What are the remedies for this?

    Why I have tremor only when ever i engage activity in front of people .my hands shaking when i do simple task of activities infront of people when i prick or put cannula or remove or holding thin n small like needle or when I do presentation my hand n body shaking very bad n my voice also change

      Engaging in activities in front of an audience brings about tremors which may be that we don't feel confident, become anxious and fine tasks like handling needles, cannulas get affected more.
      Please try to practice these mindfulness exercises as these help with all anxiety-based signs like hand tremors, shaking body and voice change.

Yes when I was alot if I do anything also no shaking but when I was do infront of people or under supervise my body start shaking especially hands , leg, mouth n voice also shaking . My shaking also I too much not like other students . I had been suffering from this when I was 15 yrs old above when I study in X standard I start to perform infront of people. Or when I sign infront of people also shaking is come .

    When i perform any task infront of anybody my hands shake and i think it happens more when i overthink abot something and when it happens it feels that it is out of my control i coldnt even get time to relax myself infront of someone...when i am alone or infront of my parentsaur sibling it never happens.....i am a neet aspirant and really worried how will i deal with it in future ....mam will these exercises help me....and how many time should i do them ...i dont have any issue regarding voice change or legs its only with my hand

      Yes mindfulness will help in you with overcoming the shaking of hands.
      Try to practice them everyday twice even if not all of them.
      Most important is practicing them before going to social settings, exams, presentations.
      Also try to present in front of yohr parents, sibling or a mirror which helps to boost confidence.

      This is based on the idea that you don't have any neurologic condition associated with your tremors.
      Usually if exam time is stressful for anyone, it is better to practice mindfulness exercises before the exam, close your eyes and sit 2 minutes before to relax your mind, relax your shoulders, then begin.

    I am 22 years old and my hands shakes badly when i get attention or being watched by many people.
    During wedding of my sister my hand started shaking when i was doing tilak. From then my hand always shakes whenever i have to do tilak and it is very embarassing for me as everyone starts laughing on me. One more family function is coming up in January and i am very tensed about that tilak thing as i get tremors and my heart rate goes up infront of so many people.

    Mai abhi 18 year ka hu and mujhe hand tremor ki problem h , jab m people ke around hota hu and tea cup, glass , ya koi dish hold karta hu to hand shivering karne lagte h ...!!
    Ya kisne mere hand mai koi object de raha he to bhi hand shivering hoti hai...! Kuch samaj nhi aa raha

    Mam I have suffering from head tremor problem for 4yrs my head is shaking I can't focus on any object and it was happening daily ex .when I was going for cutting shop there my head is shaking when they are machine taking through pass the head,also during eating and water drinking it will be more problem what I'm do.plz say me I was now 21 yrs my education is also stopped thats why,plz say what I do.

      @@therapywithdrprabhjot 1st 6months they are giving medicine 💊censpram,prolar ,zapiz,olex for 2 yr and then this yr they given matiz,nexcam,syndopa,rivocon,prolar,parkitidin er,this medicine 💊 given but not health completely fine can I do exercise.
