"Give your children a childhood they don't need to heal from" is probably the most important, profound statement in this entire video. It encompasses everything else. I genuinely hope most people caught it because it was right at the very end, kind of just slipped in there. Thank you Mama Bee for saying that. I'm trying very hard to do that for my granddaughter. She's 2 years old and already mom and dad split. I'm the one who transports her between them and cares for her all week long so I'm in a special position to have a real impact on her, positive or negative. My goal is to help instill good moral values and protect her from any drama that arises between her parents, at least to the extent that I can. Coming from a broken home myself, I'm very blessed to have foresight that others may not have. 🙂🙂🙂

No ones parents are perfect man, truth be told they have their flaws as well, but their form of parenting in Latino culture.
So culture is their advantage, it depends how your parents were raised as well

This was super valuable advice. I love the way you guys explained how some people in this world hurt their children, and so how that can effect there life. My friends always say “ Your parents don’t do this?” And they make me wonder if there life is okay. For me a older sister I have lots of responsibilities and so when parents yell at there kids or pets it breaks my heart. Because they could do better. And what I noticed is that when you have a bad or a problem in YOUR childhood then it will effect you and your kids

I don't think people realise how something as a small as keeping the TV volume low can have a huge impact in the environment. at home. Whenever I'm agitated for no reason, I turn off the TV and it instantly relaxes me. I love hearing the natural sounds around me like the birds chirping outside, the doors creaking when the wind passes and the rustling of the trees. I'm glad these points were discussed in the video
My word is support. Me as a teenager i wish i had always someone who would support me not only with money or drives also mentally because you don't want your children to feel like you're always against them or that everything they say is wrong.

This was really good, I’m glad you guys talked about this and I agree with most of the things you said. Respect is a big thing because as I look back on my childhood my dad did the same thing sometimes like not giving me privacy and respecting my boundaries. I agree on what Mr.Bee said about being respected as a whole person, thankfully my mom and I have spent lots of time together and gave me good things you talked about like privacy, respect, attention and freedom to be myself. My dad has done good things too which I’m thankful for as well but there is a noticeable comparison between my parents. You guys said that you are far from perfect which is another good trait; being accountable and acknowledging your flaws. Great Job👍

The point you made about knocking the door is so true! in my house though growing up, if i did not answer "yeaa!" when my door was knocked i had to have the door barged open because i have fits and they were constantly worried that if i gave no response that i was having one. So i think depending on circumstance it is necessary :)

This is a great topic. My parents are spilt and and my dad remarried my stepmother last year. My mum and dad both have done a lot for me, there’s no doubt about that. I feel as if they don’t give me enough attention. Yes my dad respects my privacy and so does my stepmother. I’ve actually spent more time at my mothers because my dad has always been so affectionate towards my stepmother. I will spare you the details but I’ve found it very frustrating and very disturbing and my mother has given me more attention lately.
When Gabi was talking about parents walking in on you changing I related to that so hard because I always try to explain to my parents how is embarrassing and they are violating my personal space but there reasonings are always the same like "I’ve changed your diaper when you where small so there’s no difference" or "I’m your mom I’m allowed to see you because I gave birth to you"
Yep! My mom says the same thing! Drives me crazy! I’ll never do that to my kids.

This was an awesome video..I have no words but you guys did amazing with the kids and a lot of stuff you said makes sense like with the door coming off and knocking. My step mom use to take my sister door off and I took my daughter door knob off only bcz she was kicking her door all the time (she is only 8) and when she gets upset she slams the door so it's less loud when there no knob..thank you for sharing this. I would like to hear more

Gabriella has more musical talent then anybody on the radio today. I wish more kids turned out like them. If I had a daughter I would be proud if she turned out like her and if my son every came home with girl like her someday, I would be happy! Great job to the whole Bee hive! Aww I love this video so much I'm even crying while watching this video. My parents could never... they don't knock they just barge in, they don't spend time with me cuz they are always on their devices and when we go out they are all in their phones. They would compare me to every single kid they see and that just ruins my confidence and I don't feel really comfortable at home rn... I love watching ur videos so much I can see that u guys love hanging out with each other and how quality time is very important for you guys, They would always ask me why am I not in the mood when I'm with them or whatsoever it's because they would always make me feel out of place and I don't feel home at home.
