Who the hell do Michael Alig and Ernie Glam think they are? Michael Alig spearheaded a countercultural youth movement based on the concept of the Warholian "anti-Celebrity" and became King of the Club Kids before inspiring the film Party Monster, starring Macaulay Culkin. He is currently painting masterpieces of artwork; working on his autobiography, Aligula; designing a club kid-inspired clothing line called Skroddleface; directing a NYC art collective called Countdown and recording a new dance single. One of the original club kids, Ernie Glam is a journalist and irreverent talk show host by day, Underground clothing designer and stylist-to-the-stars by night; catch him - -if you can get past the red velvet ropes -- at the city's hottest nightclubs and parties.

I love watching you boys! I found y’all from watching Nelson’s videos. Im a former addict and it hurts my heart seeing Micheal letting it take control of his life again . Not meaning that mean or judgmental, just from going thru it personally. I also understand how it happens . I have been sober 10 yrs at a time only to relapse when things get hard . The drugs are always there for you , they never let u down and the ppl u use with are the ppl u feel more comfortable with . I was a teenager in the early 90’s and remember seeing Micheals pics in magazines and on the news . I wanted to be part of his crew so bad . I’m not making excuses for his crimes but when u are fucked up on a variable of drugs day after day , especially some u do lose ur sense of reality . When u are totally sober in get in an altercation h do things u wish u hadn’t . Add to that a drugs , or coming off drugs .
I want to hug Micheal in some or just say , I love you , if u are down , blue , mad or happy always know somebody is thinking of u . As I have said in other comments he reminds me of one of the many “ extra” kids I have let stay with me and one of my dearest friends Mickie Castle... lol he feels just like one of my own girls

Did you see the smoke when the light went off over Michaels head, inspiration, ding ding. At about 2 min 10 sec, he had an idea, it's funny all bulshit left the room for like 2sec as he was absorbing the idea he was hatching, a new theme maybe or party a way to promote an idea or people

The wall behind them and the way they're sitting makes it look like a split screen, like they're not there at the same time, the screen splits perfect, Ernie records his part and Michael records his part the director and editors put together later
Ernie's blue sleeve never crosses into the red stripe on the wall and neither does Michael's sleeve cross into the green stripe, it's like a barrier, both slanted that way like they're leaning on something, makes the scene look split and edited
