Sir, I have accepted two offer letter one from MNC and another from a startup. As I had a burden of the expense of my family. So I decided whatever company gave me joining first, I will join them. The first company ( MNC) gave me joining and I mailed the second company that I can not join your company. Now the second company ( Startup) is threatening me to send a legal notice and he told me that I have to pay the total annual CTC for not joining after accepting the offer letter. Though there weren't any conditions like that in the offer letter. Please suggest me. Can they do something like that?

Sir actually they gave service desk engineeri position in iocl gurgaon but I'm looking as a desktop support as I have experience in desktop but they r providing training about gas and subsidy related technical issue that's why I don't want to join is it ok ,? Sir
