Propaganda Grunt is the MVP of the game for me. They need to give him a full radio station you can tune into while playing like in Fallout games.
Well you can just tune in here and listen to him while playing. When making 2 hours and 15 minutes of grunt voice line video, I was forced to do that. Because across the 17580 voice lines, some were copies. So I tried my best to remove them.

I’m assuming you mean the grunt. Which yeah I do agree if we do meet him in the next game, you should have the option to let him live to see if a few noticeable background things change, like dialogue, maybe him talking about how intimidating you were or he might be bragging about how he managed to outwit the player or something. Of course killing him would have someone else, possibly a marine or something taking his place as the radio announcer as the channel is changed to broadcast UNSC talk.
You know, Staten once posted about how he had a little too much fun recording Grunt voices one day...
Had no idea just how much.
Then you not seen the 2 hours and 15 min of grunt voice lines video I made.
I don't know if it is Staten, but all I know that there was 17580 voice lines, and I had to listen through all of them, and made it into 3445 I think. There was a lot of copies and just grunting, YA GET IT? HA!
7:15 Calling Jega the "Middle Finger of the Hand of Atriox" is one of the greatest descriptions I've ever heard.

Well they keep the thumb and three fingers, making it so they still have kinda a middle finger. I remember cartoon characters often have four fingers but can still flip the bird.
The elites have 2 fingers and 2 thumbs... they can't even use it
I was about to destroy the last one and caught him crying on air. Felt pretty bad because i was about to end his whole career. This Grunt had possibly the best job he could achieve. No fighting and he gets to mock everyone without repercussions. Without it he'd probably go back to being fodder like the rest of his kind that get mowed down in waves against the Chief.
Then I blew up the tower and felt better.

The announcer grunt from Halo 5 probably had the best job
Honestly I wish there was an Easter egg where once you took out the last propaganda tower he just played the radio at the outpost instead, and he’d make peace with the UNSC

Me too, actually I could replace the AI voice lines with Glibnub, but that would only change the voice lines for you, and it also against the rule about using a modded version of the game in multiplayer.
But, Joseph Staten (Glibnub voice actor) has seen my video. So maybe, if I can get his attention, I might be able to get him to consider it?

Glibnub is voiced by Joe Staten himself so on top of steering 343 to finish the game in time, giving story inputs for the campaign, play testing the campaign several times over, voicing Superintendent for the Battle Pass, he spent an hour or two voicing these lines.

I’m all for enlisting grunt allies; I hear the UNSC infinity even recruited a grunt named Yabda.
That said I’m not sure I’d trust Glibnub, he seems pretty sadistic and manipulative.
Him referring to Escharum and Jega as “one war chief and his weirdo friend” kind of hurt for some reason.

In honour of your comment, I have now made a 2 hour and 15 min video using only grunt voice lines.
Took me about 3 hours, but it finally rendering, so I be back in about 2 hours.
It is about 3445 voice lines out of the somewhere 17000 voice lines in the game.
I loved playing through this game. I’m not sure how long I’m gonna end up playing the campaign now that I finished it and there’s no multiplayer. Running around with my marines on the ring, I just wish they had the name tags like in Halo Reach. Had your squad members on the HUD. I got really attached to them they were really fun to play with.
Just give them all White beam laser thingies (You get from a target) and you will never lose them. I namned one even Jeff, it the guy with a heavy helmet.
You can name them after what clothes their wear, since that almost never changes, just their gender. But then you can just tell yourselves that they like to mix up their lifes a bit.

How did you extract these? How did you even get access to the files in the WindowsApps Folder?
@@kylescoolclips Oooooh, wanna know my secret dontcha! My super ultimate tool which tears sound files apart PIECE BY PIECE, and squishing it OUT OF ALL THE CONTENT!
Jokes aside, I extracted them using a tool namned Wwise-unpacker. Then manually removed all unfinished and unused voice lines, sorted them, animated and edited them into a video. Can take from one hour to five. Depending on how many voice lines there is. For example female marines has 17K voice lines while grunt 1 has 900.

@@PhaserFelix Damn, thanks! I tried extracting SWTOR voicelines a while ago using a bunch of tools but I couldn't quite get it to work, but it's really useful to be able to extract files directly instead of having to search for something specific on like youtube. I'll try it out!

That how I do things, which is why I have a broken door now. Tried slamming that door handle to open it, can confirm... Did not work.

Well not to spoil too much, but as it is sounding right now, it sounds like the Banished will join the UNSC (As an alliance) against the covenant.
I can't bother to go into all the lore, so I make a summary.
1. Yes they execute prisoners, so do we
2. They just want to be freed. Atriox specific says that he does not wish to be under control and that his "army" is not forced into submission, not enlisted or conscripted. These soldiers joina the Banished because they want to be free, part of the brotherhood and not some zealot maniacs believing in a great journey that brought upon the flood.
Anyway easier said Banished are not "bad guys" They legit came to Zeta ring not to fight the UNSC but to stop CORTANA rampaging throughout the galaxy.

I watched this entire video and, to be honest, I haven’t played a single Halo game in my life (mostly watching and reading about them on the internet and here on CZcams), but I’ve gotta be honest: I feel sorry for this guy, being of barely any use to the leaders if his propaganda towers are destroyed.
It makes me feel like Henry’ Sad Theme did for children in the model series of Thomas The Tank Engine. Idk why but that’s just the vibe I get from this detail.

Just wanna add to this since i noticed it as well: in the database where all the Bloodstars profiles are at, Griffin says that *his team* opted to call them Skimmers. So we don't really have a solid idea of who exactly came up with the name first...or everyone just miraculously came to the same idea of calling them Skimmers

You unlock more and more as you progress through the campaign, once you finish it he has a line that says something along the lines of "Do what you defeated ONE war chief and HIS WEIRDO"
Also that augmented unngoy one really got me. Just imagining a Spartan grunt is pretty immusing.
All voice lines should be in the video, and I think someone commented this line and timestamp somewhere in the comments.

Subtitling an hour long video is what people who subtitle movies get paid like 52,522 dollars (According to USA) for. And I already listened to this so many times!
Also, I did not record them, I extracted them from the game folder, sorted them, and (Now in the newer ones) remove the unfinished ones. You will notice when an unfinished one plays trust me.
