Why in hell was that a selling point? Maybe they thought that "Hunt for Hidden Treasure" was going to lead to a giant stash of coke?
It already went down the moment that they decided it was a great idea to sell the tickets before everything was organized
@@rockerseven I think it would be more catastrophic. At least in the other island they had homes and local population. Imagine stranded in island which no power, food and water . No means to return to their homes
Wow this is amazing. Am I 6 years too late? Where can I buy tickets?

Wow once owned by a drug dealing gangster so it must be cool.
The human race is fucked.
Hey but he was a rich drug dealing gangster!!
Amy Dames don't forget murderer. But its cool man, he had a sick private zoo and let the poor kids in for free! Thats what I'd call a humanitarian!!
The funny thing is that that claim was false
@@hamishwells2877 - The claim that Escobar owned the island wasn't false. However, the claim that Fyre bought the island patently was.
Billy and chums spent months dicking about on the island originally owned by Escobar but the current owner at the time got tired of them, chucked them off with only 3 months to go and that's why the Fyre disaster festival ended up in Great Exuma.
To be fair, this is a perfect metaphor for Instagram generation, all flare posture and brag, the inability to deliver anything worth of value.
“worth of value”
Ironic. Because Instagram was originally used by hobbyist photographers who wanted that cross-processed film look without using Photoshop.
more like the haters of the instagram generation
Your resumed everything.

This looks great. They should organize such a festival.
absolutely love the fact that this is still up
Right!? They truly didn’t and still don’t give a fuck 🤣

i don’t feel bad for the dumb rich people who went i feel bad for the workers who never got paid
the cup RM throws in the Run MV me too! They are the real victims.
Most of the people there weren’t rich people though. Watch internet historians video on it. The ticket prices ranged from 500 dollar GA tickets to 250,000 dollars super VIP tickets that I don’t think anyone actually bought. Most people payed around 1,200 dollars for their all inclusive package which is actually kind of a steal considering that they were promised a 2 week luxury vacation with private jet, villas, food, alcohol, popular head lining concerts and not to mention getting to take shots with Emily Ratajkowski on a tropical beach
But yea it’s really shitty that the locals on the island got fucked over like that. Apparently a go fund me started to help pay the locals back for their work and they got more than their money back restoring my faith in humanity
@@jakobrasmussen1645 dude to pay 500$ for a festival + airplane tickets to the Bahamas you are either doing good enough or a moron.
Mr cs93 500 dollars is nothing dawg
This video still exist?
Holy Shit
I know, like I would imagine it would been removed immediately since it basically was the source of all problems.
Not an accomodation in sight. Lol 😅 This was crazy to watch unfold. Smh
Moral of the story: Don't go to a festival organized by a millennial and a washed-up rapper.
Vosloff Nooooooooooooooo Monika! (sorry had to be done)

All those models made it unrealistic too.

"On the Bounds of the Impossible" should have been a dead giveaway.

Also shortly after

Um, very poor choice of imagry and sequencing.
0:28 I believed that plane was near the island, which was once owned by Pablo Escobar.
after 6 years this video is now a memory of the height of the mid 2010's. Before the Strawberry-mint J. Truump, the mild inconvenient plague. Damn If you lived it, you feel it like watching Pimp my ride. Second to that is a nice stock footage compilation with captions about something amazing.
Did they at least get an extra hour in the ball pit?

I love how badly this turned out. FEMA tents, wild dogs, school lunches, and diarrhea; I’ve been laughing for a year straight.

"Kendall Jenner... walked. On the count of three, let's all sigh together. One... Two..."
"GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!"
"GIVE US A PEPSI!"
Complete with ballpit
Tubzbuster do you get an extra hour in the ballpit?
"Once owned by Pablo Escobar"... This should've been the first clue to this festival being shit...the fact that they used this as a selling point.
Well, look at the clientele... Shit-for-brains know nothings. This is exactly what CA would turn into if it really did leave the union. They'd be back at the doorstep like a struggling teen who moved out because "You can't tell me what to do!"
Failure theater
California has the 6th largest economy in the world. You're basically the same as these numbnuts if you think think Instagram-crazed millennials represent any substantial part of the state's population.
Let's not forget the fact that ja rule a nigga whose career was destroyed almost 15 years ago was the nail in the coffin
