    Even stage 4 cancers have been put in remission. My cousin (bowel,lung, liver cancer)was told a year ago, go live your life, (3mos max) put things in order. He's still here, holidaying, swimming regularly etc! Fear is the biggest thing impacting on our quality of life. Never give up hope🙏

      Yes!!! You are 100% on this, I was getting ready to write this as well.. how dare any doctor ever say that it’s “incurable” .. you never give up hope..🙏🏼🙏🏼and many people with stage 4 cancers have healed themselves.. even when others thought they wouldn’t.

    Even late stage cancer... my mom recovered from stage 4 non-hodgkins lymphoma when the said it was everywhere and there was nothing they could do and to get her affairs in order. She recovered in 6 months and has been in remission 8 years now. She believed she'd recover and she did.

    • @sandyshealingjourney
      @sandyshealingjourney Před 11 měsíci +1

      @PainFreeYou I understand that. I've also seen the opposite happen with cancer too. I love the hopeful stories but I think there is room for realism too, especially when dealing with such a life-threatening disease. The most important thing (and I'm learning this from you along with life itself being a teacher of such lessons) is that regardless of what things we must face in life its all about how we respond. We have the choice to respond with fear or with a relaxed, calm, patient, trusting demeanor. Many things we cannot control but our power lies in controling our reaction, even to out of control feelings of fear, we can respond without more fear. And it's adversity that give us the opportunity to practice and get better at this and to me that's kind of the greatest accomplishment in life, control over our reactions to life. In a way you are sort of like Yoda teaching us how to win at thins thing called life. Sending good vibes and lots of love your way.

    I have a fun story. My grandma never knew anything about her health, she just lived her life. She did have back pain at times, but did not dwell on it and let it pass. My moms doctor told my mom in the 90s that my moms cholesterol was high and she would have to go on statins. My mom did not like being on meds so ate lots of oatmeal to lower it. It never lowered much because the high LDL cholesterol was genetic. So my mom asked my grandma her mom what her cholesterol was. My grandma said, "Cholesterol? Oh, I do not have any cholesterol." Well, my grandma we found out did have high cholesterol and never went on statins lol. And lived to 102. Point of this story is that the "professionals" are not always right!

    Thank you for saying all of this Dan, and I would go as far as saying, that even some stage late cancers or correcting myself, any late stage cancer, can be curable…mindset and the will to live..living to the heart’s desire.. There are many known people who have suffered from cancers, and were given no hope and sent home to die who have recovered. Our minds are a lot stronger than we ever imagined. The book by Dr. Kelly Turner -Radical Remission is proof of that. 💜💜

    I really like this format. Handheld Camera conveys more this sense of directly witnessing someone speaking. There's something about these micromovments and setting in nature that is in itself calming. Sitting down on my couch now regularly, and instantly letting go of tension. It also starts to translate into days where I decisively don't watch them because I have the feeling I don't need them all the time, because I'm already able to deal with stressful situations much better. Thank you for these videos. 🙏

    Thank you for making this video Dan. I really needed to hear it. I think I know what vertigo influencer you're talking about. I follow them and it's one I take very seriously. So when I saw that one recently about VM not being curable as someone with VM and 24/7 dizziness and who started using a PRT coach based on Alan Gordons teachings etc last month with the hope of getting rid of my dizziness seeing that threw me. It actually had my symptoms going up for a week because I started questioning things. It also seemed very unlike that person because they usually talk about neurosplasticity and chronic dizziness being curable personally in their groups so it left me baffled that that appeared on their Instagram account. As for me, I've already heard many (and I'll keep listening to) success stories about people with what I have getting better following these methods and I'll keep doing what I'm doing since I've been seeing some small progress already in the past month. But it meant a lot hearing it from you since that particular post had been bothering me since it came out. (Though I can't find it anymore so don't know if they took it down...)

    If I got it right, Dan's solution relies primarily on staying calm and indifferent (as far as possible) and NOT trying any fix/ 'body work' i.e. 'teach the brain and trust the body' because there's nothing wrong with your body. The more you try to fix the body, the farther away you move from recovery.
    What's not so clear is whether you should set yourself a goal or a deadline for recovery. Do being hopeful and not having any expectation go hand in hand?
