    The 1.400 watt BCPP 40-9 frying pan from Bredeco is a multifunctional, versatile cooking appliance with modern technology for frying, cooking, steaming, thawing, keeping food warm or baking. This is the perfect addition to your household, allowing you to prepare anything from pizza, toast, hamburgers, crepes, pancakes, to scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausages, cake, grilled food and much more.
    This modern cooking appliance impresses with its broad range of uses. Be it with short heating times, an effective use of energy or precise temperature control, you will always get the best results. Additionally, the Teflon surface coating prevents your meals from sticking to the pan bottom, while also guaranteeing an even heat distribution and the best cooking results. Meet your catering needs with the electric frying pan from Bredeco.
    This electric pan with a diameter of 40 cm offers plenty of room for heating large or even extra-large pizzas. With its 9 cm inner pan height, this gadget is ideal for preparing American style pizza, or for cooking bulkier pan dishes, such as thick pancakes.
    The temperature regulator allows you to select from 5 different heating levels. When cooking, the temperature will be kept constant anywhere in between 100 and 250 degrees, while control lights signalise the current operation. Whenever you need to, you can check and control the cooking process through the full glass lid with valve.
    The temperature regulator with 5 heating levels keeps your meals warm. At level 1, the temperature is in between 100 and 150 °C. Then, the second level maintains a constant temperature between 150 and 160 °C. When cooking with either the 3rd or 4th level, for instance pancakes, scrambled eggs etc., you can reach a temperature between 160 and 200°C. When it comes to the 5th level, it is ideal for grilling pizza or other foodstuffs, as it reaches 250°C.
    Serve the food with the pan by simply removing the temperature regulator. The regulator is conveniently removable, so that you can comfortably transport the pan or place it on the table. ** The rubber feet protect sensitive surfaces against scratches from coming in contact with the pan.
    After preparing your delicious meals, you can clean the pan incredibly easily, thanks to its high-quality materials. In addition to that, maintaining hygiene standards is not a problem with this cooking equipment. Unpleasant odours are now a thing of the past.

      As usual. Just make sure no water goes in the socket. If it did, make sure you dry it before you plug it in again

    What temperature is for pizza baking?

    • @ChefsGear
      @ChefsGear  Před 4 lety +1

      The highest possible. Recipies differ, for instance the Neapolitan pizza is baked at over 400⁰C. Obviously this device doesn't go that high but it will still get the job done.

    Hm oil and which oil for fryin bacon sausage?

    • @ChefsGear
      @ChefsGear  Před 4 lety

      Any vegetable oil will do. And you don't need much (for bacon nothing at all). The pan has teflon coating so things do not catch on the bottom.

    How to get a pizza out of such a deep pot. I can't imagine it. It is very inconvenient for sure.

      well, it's more like an electric pan that you can use to make a pizza but it's definately not a pizza oven and it has its limitations. However we did make a couple of pies and they were quite ok

    Could we see photos of the pancakes and other things you made in testing please? The only thing we saw in this demo was a partly cooked pizza. I can't make a purchase based on that. My instinct is that it would steam the pizza and it won't become golden and crispy on top. I would have loved to have been shown how my instinct is wrong.
    The other thing I thought was strange was that it can't be washed... just a bit of a swill round the inside of the pan. I mostly came from Amazon to search for a video, because I thought the whole point of having the temperature control and temperature probe in the detachable plug must be that the only electronic thing left on the inside would be the pan side would be the heating element, which can readily be isolated from water. If what you say is right, there's no point in having this arrangement.

    They`re cheap rubbish they don`t heat up enough to cook properly and the teflon peels off really easy.

      I'm using mine for over 6months now and it is still ok. Do not use any metal utensils on them and they hold up just fine.
