    Tim is known as one of the strongest middleweight fighters in the UFC and he's also one of the hardest working. Listen to Tim talk about how he got his start training in his garage and what prompted him to come out to Seattle to train with team AMC Pankration.
    You'll hear how Tim gets in shape to fight, what goes through his head as he walks to the octagon and how he's gone from getting cut by the UFC to being one of the top ranked middleweights. Tim and Joel Jamieson also demonstrate tempo intervals as originally popularized by the late Charlie Francis as an effective means to improving conditioning for MMA.

    great video,very informal..In the future I wish more discussion about work in a gym (conditioning tips,tools,types of trainings - stuff like this)..but all in all you are great! very useful stuff! keep it up that way guys!

    I love your show guys. I loved episode one, I really want to give that one a go. Unfortunately (lol) I don't have all the machines to mimic the test, plus I'd probably die. great show, looking forward to next episode

    What would your heart rate range be during this kind of training? I'd imagine it's fairly low in relation to your MAF.
