First thing I think of whenever I see this year of Sedan deVille is the movie “License to Drive.” We had an elderly neighbor up the hill from us who had a ‘73 Sedan deVille which had the classic Cadillac teal paint job with white vinyl top and white leather interior. It was an absolutely gorgeous car. Back then, gas was maybe $1.00 a gallon, so it was still an affordable weekend driver for her.
My first Cadillac was a 1973 Coupe dé Ville. Drove it from 1986 to 1995 and absolutely loved every (over) 60K miles of it. It was not too bad on gas. Better than my 1974 Chevrolet Caprice Classic 454 I had before that. Would love to have one again. It took speed bumps better than my 1975 Continental Mark IV does now.
One of the best front ends!! Quad lights with the BIG turn single in between...AWESOME!!!!!

Just as beautiful as a 4 door, as it is as a 2 door.
My first car was a 1973 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. Drove it from 1988 to 1992. Rode like Cadi, and guzzle gas like it too.
