In am Indian, but what I’m about to say might sound a bit racist.
The kind of mockery in politics Sunak is playing is more common to the Indian ground. He should rather act according to the decorum that is required for that position. This is not college union, these are National grounds, where respect and Intellect are key characteristics of every individual present here.
Now it is just my opinion, but it is better to have a person for this position who has had long lineage in that land, as people might relate to that person way better than to an emigrant. I know Sunak as a citizen has the right to participate in High Authority Positions, but some things are better left to the Natives until there is some extraordinary quality held by the foreign individual. Also this avoids unnecessary bad politics practices carried from other grounds which causes the likes of social rift similar to ones being faced in Canada with India at the moment and what people of Leicester had faced few months before.
