    Few questions.
    When I connect an additional battery, does that mean I have a total of 26 Ah?
    When both batteries are connected, do they both drain at the same time or first the main battery and then the additional battery?
    How many charge cycles does the extra battery have?
    Thank you and goodbye.

    • @engweofficialsupport
      @engweofficialsupport  Před měsícem +1

      Hi, if you purchased extra batteries sold on our official website. Then when fully charged, the total power will be 26ah.
      The rule of battery power consumption is that whichever battery has higher power will consume the power first. If the two batteries have the same power, they will consume power at the same time.
      Every new battery charging cycle is the same.
      Hope it helps.

    this is not a bike this this one more big mistake .. Shame on the company that sells it ...sells a bicycle for 1500 euros and they have put a bell that has 0.90 cents, as well as the axis where the pedal is, it is very high from the ground, with the consequence that when you pedal, your foot should reach the handlebars and when it goes down, you should not straighten the leg , the brakes are not hydraulic, the key is from the bottom and you still have to bend down, they haven't put floor mats for the back passenger either... suspension in the middle does not only have bottles
    IF YOU BUY IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT, especially the PR model, only the last model is good ,I didn't know that I had to have at least 1 and 90 height .... my mother made me short 1.75

    • @engweofficialsupport
      @engweofficialsupport  Před 25 dny

      Hi,
      Let's solve the problems one by one.
      1. The EP-2 PRO model is priced at about €1000 in Europe, not €1500.
      2. The height of the handlebar and saddle can be adjusted, and this model is suitable for heights of 165cm-190cm.
      3. Because the EP-2 PRO is very cost-effective, it does not use hydraulic brakes. If you want hydraulic brakes, you can choose ENGINE PRO, but the price of ENGINE PRO is more expensive. This mainly depends on personal choice.
      4. The rear rack of EP-2 PRO has a load capacity of 25kg, and we do not recommend riding with passengers.
      5. Most brands of folding e-bikes have the battery inside the frame and the key is at the bottom of the frame.
      Hope the above can answer your doubts.
      Have a good day!
