Meat preparation with Pete Joiner (match angler)

Here we get some useful hints and tips on preparing luncheon meat for a match at Monk lakes Maidstone, weights in excess of 150lbs needed for a win! And with a two tin limit every bit counts. (sorry for the wind noise it was more like October than mid June!)
