1- Download Windows 11 ISO File : www.microsoft.com/en-us/softw...
2- Delete "appraiserres.dll" file, you find it in sources folder.
3- Start Upgrade to windows 11.
4- Updates Windows 11 same as on supported hardware.

I used rufus to make a bootable usb and then did a custom installation which created a folder in program files called windows old. After the installation was done I copied my files back and didn't lose a single file. FYI windows 10 activation tool still works to activate windows 11.
I have tried it after trying others several times. This has worked for me. It's working for me. Windows 11 on my laptop that was not supporting. I am grateful to you.

tried Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way and AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU - THIS THE ONLY ONE THAT WORK - bought a pc just before the announcement of win 11 and it turned out to be a zombie - thought I wasted hundreds of dollars - hoping this will still be working some years until next change - THANK YOU TechIN

@justvibes1197 hi, I found a way to do it. you need to edit the "dll" file (not rename it) and delete the lines with the "TPM"

A more recent video (czcams.com/video/p3dBbhArqXU/video.html) recommends removing the appraiserres.dll and replacing it with a blank text file, with the same filename (appraiserres.dll).
