    Yo it’s a old vid, but do you mind sharing the turbo kit? Getting an AWD ss and want to smack a turbo on it immediately

      Thanks dude.
      I love it all but the truck side of things can get pretty fun. Nothing beats a boosted daily driver!

    I'm curious to how it was lowered that low with the AWD, looks bad ass

    Where did you get the 200mph gauge cluster?

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 2 lety

      It’s a factory cluster up here in Canada. 200kph not miles.

    Hey curious where you put your O2 sensors and did you use both? And how much power did you make? I’m about to do the same thing really soon. Have all the parts.

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před rokem

      I used the stock 02 sensor location on drivers side. I can’t recall on the passenger side. I believe the passenger location was just routed into the down pipe area if I remember correctly.
      We never had the truck on a dyno because it’s AWD but the calculated HP in the efi live software was at 550hp running roughly 12psi.

      @@JT2JZ ok awesome. I sure do appreciate your quick reply. Do you still have the truck? Is it holding up if so? It’s really clean.

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před rokem +1

      It’s a friends truck. Not to sure if it gets used a lot but still going strong.
      The LQ9 engines are pretty bulletproof.
      My personal supercharged SS has been running 7psi as a daily driver for many many years. All stock internals and no issues. Runs like a clock.

    How much for a job like this? I have a ss that desperately needs it ! Let me know

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 3 lety

      There are a lot of variables in play. It really depends on how far you want to push the truck and what brand of parts you want to use. Shoot me a pm on it Instagram if you like. JT2JZ.

    Kind of power did it make?

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 2 lety +1

      We road tuned it without a dyno but would likely be around 550whp

  • @Rolling_Smoke_BBQ_Cooking

    What engine size

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 2 lety

      LQ9 high output 6.0L

    • @JT2JZ

      You guessed it! This is the trick kit

    • @sauldeleon574
      @sauldeleon574 Před 3 lety

      @@JT2JZ how does the trick kit hold up and what did you have to move around for the kit to fit

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 3 lety

      Not gonna lie. The kit doesn’t fit the best. Intercooler piping is extremely tight, might be prone to rubbing through in a couple spots over time. Low side pressure a/c hose off of the accumulator doesn’t fit at all. So you would have to make a custom hose for a/c to be functional. Intercooler mounting mounting was a joke as well.
      This is a pretty affordable kit as far as turbo set ups go and it definitely shows. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

      @sauldeleon574 Před 3 lety

      @@JT2JZ seesh thanks for the info since my truck is gonna be a street truck I would want the AC to not be messed with at all. And I think trick kits is a expensive kit compared to on3 and other brands really thought the trick kit would of sat in perfect but after your review it’s out my head lol

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 3 lety

      Aftermarket part fitments are tough at the best of times. For a daily driver I would lean more towards a supercharger. My personal SS with the magnason on it fits awesome and install is way easier as well. No piping all over the engine bay. Drives just like a factory truck but has more power over the full rev range.

    • @JT2JZ
      @JT2JZ  Před 3 lety

      I’ll have to double check. It’s a buddies truck.
