"Song of the Dawn" - Irish Liberation Song [+Lyrics]

The song in its current form was written in 1912 by Brian O'Higgins, an Irish poet and one of the founding members of Sinn Féin. Originally, it was titled "Sean-Chúige na Midhe go deo", though this was later changed to "Sean-Eire na nGaedheal go deo" and finally "Song of the Dawn". The tune was adapted from the traditional love song "My Love Nell".
