Vim as a backup tool for Data Wrangling

A video about using vim as your backup tool to manipulate text!
* In this video I am using neovim nightly and at one point I do take advantage of a feature set to
`set inccommand=split` which allows me to view how a substitute will look after I make the changes.
I should have been more clear, but these examples should work the same in vim 8.2 and above.
