Proho go slow slow
If you have the time to do it right, do it right.
Indeed, This needs to be on a T shirt,
My grandpa said you can either do it slow and do it right or you can do it fast and do it right, but you gotta do it right.
You can always find time to do things right the second time.
Slow equals right. Go fast on others projects and slow on yours.
When you don't do something everyday, mistakes can be made and it takes longer than you think. Your dedication to excellence has paid off. It looks great.
Watching your family walk up and appreciate your work was really something.
I appreciate that
@@heatshield yea that made me smile
I’ve watched and grown with your content for ten plus years, the best lessons we all learn are hard slow and mirror life! God has a design and path for each and every one of us! Your cabin is beautiful and you and your beautiful family should be proud. I’m glad you keep tradition and old fashioned values alive god bless you and the family. An as always your in my thoughts and prayers!!
There's no shame in admiring another man's divinely crafted deck. Well done, sir.
The cabin is coming along great !!! Can’t wait for the live streams again ,find myself listening to the old ones in the machine at work, many times they were the highlight of my day
Taking your time for doing things right is always a good thing!
This is going to be an awesome place to sit down and have a coffee and just enjoy the view!
Surgical with the chain saw. You are absolutely crushing it on this project. Awesome Content!
Mighty clean work for a guy who says he is "...not very smart." :D!!!! As always, thank you for sharing. :)!!
No cap it looks really good!
Bussin,
I love watching you work it changes the way I do and look at things been watching for years and will continue to
Only a West Coast man would admitt to missing a few screws!
Looks great.
Love the videos. Two things that come to mind as I watch this that you might be able to share with others out there. I went to Bates Technical College in Tacoma for the carpentry day trades program right out of high school in the early 2000’s. My instructor was a sometimes grouchy old carpenter who journeyed out in 1967, so there was a lot of experience there available for me to soak up. A couple things that I will never forget and came to mind as I watched the video… measure twice cut once… Joe always said that’s forgetting the most important part.. think first, measure twice and cut once lol. The other thing. You always spend the time to get it right. One of joes other sayings I always remember and catch myself on is “if you don’t have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to have time to come back and do it again”. I know that’s not the first time that’s been said lol, but the first time I heard it was from him. Watching this video made me think of these two things and thought maybe you could pass those two things on to viewers that might not have ever heard them.
Looks Great Cody little hiccups are because your thinking of Jack ...protection prays for Jack, boy has he grown up to such a good young man. Deer running by is what I call fast food.
Exquisite 👌
Slow is smooth and smooth is fast ❤
It's been incredibly watching sweetloaf grow so much
Great job Cody. It looks beautiful
It looks wonderful.
Been a pleasure watching this series
Congrats on Jack, hope he has an awesome season!
Good video:) my stihl has the captive bar nuts, absolutely love it! You won’t regret taking your time and being a true craftsman with the work you do. God bless.
You sir have done a great job on that deck. Very pleasing to the eye! A little block plane helps with chamfering those board ends.
Slow is fast. Looks terrific!
If I may, it's not how much material that surprises me, it's how much the material costs! Beautiful deck. And cabin.
Midwest man would use the right tool for the job. 😀Oscillating multi tool. Keep up the good work and God bless you and your family! The cabin is going to be really nice when complete.
Exquisite. Solid work!
Looks really good!! 👍🏻 👍🏻
My newer Still saws do have captive bar nuts. I like them.Great video!
You really do practice what you preach in terms of craftsmanship and care in your work. It’s very easy to make comments about the poor craftsmanship of others but it is great to see you take such care and do a swell job. Thanks for the great vid!
It looks incredible! Great work!
Deck is looking good!
That’s some high quality work for a west coast man lol well done sir
Mr w is a real sweetheart, the LGBTQI Community love this lad , especially now he wears those cute camp hats ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I’ve learned that details make all the difference in a building project.
Looks really good, Cody!
That is solid work.
That deck is so nice it might deserve a makers mark
That looks awesome
Really beautiful, thanks for posting, Cody!
Nice work brother!
Looks good!
That slope on that ramp will keep the secret service out.
A Deck to be proud of, Cody. Looks great.
PR0h0 does it right because we do it twice!... I think is how the saying goes. 😉
You do great work and your persistence and patience is evident in the final product. Keep up the good work !
Good to see Mrs. W and the sweetloaf again

This is what I call a precision porch. You did a stellar job on this beauty.
Great use for the Timbersled ramp
ITs great to see Mrs W and sweetloaf she growing up so fast. And thanks for sharing how Jack is doing . It so nice to see you take your time to get the boards to fit perfectly. on the deck. Its going to be a awesome place to sit drinking a coffee and a view the mountains.

She loves it!
Very nice deck, just the right size
Really appreciate you showing the making of the sausage. That's how we learn!
Looks great, fine job. It's been nice watching this project come together.
Great job, ProHo! 🙏🏻
The new ms361 has captured bar nuts FYI keep up the good healthy gods work.
Very nice
Looks incredible, Sir!
Really nice project, and nice craftsmanship ! It's also funny how each person might look at finding a different solution to the same problem, I would never have thought of that technique to make that work.
Great video as always Cody, keep them coming. Prayers from Belgium.
A good tool to invest in would be a "jamb saw" for things like this, which is essentially a circular saw that lays flat on the floor, for cutting jambs. (I know, I know) They are great for things like this. I have even trimmed the base, case and jambs in an entire room(for hardwood) without having to remove it...
great job!
Sweetloaf, my she's so big since I saw her last. Nice to see the women appreciating their man. Good work on the deck Cody, looks great!
Looks great ProHo! Been leaning a lot from you in this series! It’s inspired me to take up a bit of woodworking myself.
my 500i has captured bar nuts great feature awesome saw
man that looks good!
Great work!!
Awesome work
Be proud of this, looks excellent
Looking great Cody!
Nice work, Cody! Hard work and attention to detail always pays off. 👍
You did a good job
Clean man. Looks great.
Turned out Awesome! Nice work!! 👍
We all learn as we go. Great job 👍
Id like to say Id be very impressed with yourself Cody. The deck looks great!
Nice deck!
After this project is complete, it would be awesome to get a feature length video compilation of the entire process and include some B roll footage with commentary.
Your daughter is growing up fast! Keep up the great work, Cody!
Turned out well.
Looks great! Brave man!
I think I would have scribed the deck board at an angle to make it fit against the log. I'd rather screw up the cut on a less expensive deck board than one of those spendy logs.
Impressed sir
Looks great! Can't wait to see the stairs
Beautiful
Here in the Midwest I always build decks at least a few inches below the door threshold. Helps keep snow and rain out.
Funny thing about construction.
Sometimes one tricky piece can take as long as all the rest put together.
lol
We’ve all done that track saw mistake….. I would suggest only once! As you can only imagine 😄
The deck looks great! Loving the cabin build! Free range venison steaks are a win.
Beautiful work as always Cody! Really coming along now!
Stay safe Jack 🙏
Quality work. Nicely done.
That deck is beautiful!!!
The deck is Loaf approved, nothing else should matter 🎉
Looks amazing! Fine word working proho.
Husky back in the day were great saws, as long as you kept them maintained they'd run for years and years. My Dad bought one and it was the only chainsaw he had for many years, and he used it for some heavy work too. But I bought a new Husky back about 10 years ago, had nothing but problems right from the get go. Dealer wouldn't do anything about it. It burned up several bars because it wouldn't pump enough oil, and it also had issues with it running and not having enough power. Would bog down far to easily and etc. Ended up rebuilding a Stihl 048 and used that for several years, and still use it to this day. Runs great.
But eventually I came back to the husky. Found out online in a forum, that the oiler from this saw could be upgraded to an oiler that was actually made for a much larger husky saw, which you could also adjust the flow rate. So I bought the new oiler and other required parts, upgrade the saw and it finally had the proper amount of bar oil actually making it out to the bar and chain. Can't remember what else I done, but I think I ended up buying a new carb and exhaust? But eventually got it running good and such. But just a whole lot of hassle, time, and extra money that I shouldn't have had to spend. I still have it, and use it when needed.
But besides my bigger Stihl 048 which is a powerful saw for most of the stuff I cut. I usually run a 20" bar, but it will run a 36" bar easy and out performed my cousins brand new Stihl 440 Magnum when he brought it over one time to help take down this huge old oak tree. But that 048 also gets heavy after a while, especially when doing lighter work. So I later bought a brand new small Stihl saw from my local Stihl dealer _(I forget the model number)_ with the "quick start" feature which I was skeptical of at first, but its been a great little saw. Really useful for cutting small trees, branches, and other light work.
Great job 😅
Fizz activated. Looks great!
Awesome cabin, Sir!!!
Blessings to you and your family and may YAHAWAH keep your young King safe!
I remember in an older video when you said that you like to honor God by doing the best that you possibly can with your projects. This one looks really good. Those straight lines give me the fizz.
Picture framing is such a nice detail, lovely work - try a pocket hole jig for mitres and for joining timber
Not bad at all sir. May your son keep safe. Cheers.
