40:10 almost all the strategic bombs detonate mid-air due to colliding with ASFs. I love this game.
When you're one hour 5 minutes into the fighting thinking there is still 47 minutes left and then Gyle rips your hopes and dreams right out from under you...
And it wasn't even technically an epic, Gyle himself sets the bar at 1 hour game time normally.

It's almost like the man doesn't give a toss anymore, getting a tad too close to breaking his own classification just to push this utterly pointless antispoiler - and ultimately even harmful to the quality of the cast, his own channel's rating, and community itself via diminished chances of new people even seeing this, let alone getting interested when they're getting lied to about the actual length of the game.
@@thundersoul6795 That might be a bit harsh. I mean I think it's fair to say Gyle's heart isn't in it the way it used to be, but I don't think you could say he doesn't care. Remember Gyle had a poll and the people decided that he should put 'anti spoiler' filler at the end. I didn't really agree with it, and certainly not 40 minutes of filler, but I don't think Gyle is deliberately trying to screw us over.

"Isekai-chan" is Japanese so the initial "I" is actually pronounced like "ee" in English. "ee-se-kai-chan". Don't change the "s" to a "z" sound. I know I'm tardy to the party but yeah, there you go. Answer on the postcard, Gyle.

You could also offer the chance to do COOP with a subscriber or a dual cast kind of thing. It's definitely an interesting proposal you have.
Gyle, in video intro when you volume down your voice it becomes hard to listen and keep track on your thoughts, basically most of such lower-volumed words floats over my head. For example on what am I talking about: checkout a few words before you say "anyway" which is quite more louder then that few previous words.

Speaking as one who never got into mp and so now only watches without playing, your suggestion does sound fun but the main thing is number of casts. When we get a gap I find myself considering pulling my contribution. There are some comments here about quality of game awareness - frankly that doesn't bother me, partly as I don't play myself but mainly because engaging commentary is a rare skill and you have it. That is worth more to me than minute expertise in gameplay.

I've been looking at which laptop to buy to reliably run FAF well. Some related threads but they recommend some laptops no longer sold. Any obvious recommendations?
Sorry to say this as a fan, but want to be constructive. You simply need more and higher quality content, compared to the Gyle of the past. 1-2 casts per week would be great, with fewer exceptions. I know it's hard to find time to play, but maybe you can watch casters with very good game analysis, e.g. JaggedAppliance. Recently, I'm getting annoyed (only after 5+ years!) about game aspects being ignored. They're not all in the pro-range: even 1k rated players are now aware of the importance of wrecks after a fight: lots of games swing on that, but it's mostly neglected in Gyle casts. There's a nice mod that counts mass on screen, Jagged uses it a lot in his casts. Just my two cents, even without these suggestions the content is great!
Yeah I have to agree. Obviously Gyle has a slightly different audience to Jagged and most of the casual viewers just want action, not a detailed analysis. But I have say, I would struggle to justify paying to Gyle's patreon considering how infrequent his casts are. I guess he's just at a different point in his life where it isn't simply a fun hobby anymore, but it's something he's good at so he feels an awkward tug in different directions. It's a bit of a catch-22 situation. Gyle wants more patreon donations to justify his casts, but doesn't necessarily have the time to do more casts either, which means people aren't donating as much, which makes Gyle feel even less inclined to make them. And so it goes.
@@diliff Lol, I think Gyle's expectations of support have always been immensely greedy. I'm sure his hourly wage is pretty damn good with 800 a month, seeing how he put out 17 casts since 1 September, half a year ago. That is 282 dollars per cast, okay Gyle, poor you, you really need 1245 to put out more casts.
Edit: Oh, I just checked the beginning announcements and apparently Gyle considers his Patreon income "thin".

Games like this drive me crazy lol I don't know if it's strategy or they're just messing around but when one team has such a massive advantage and knows it but does nothing until the other team counter attacks it's just so bleeeeeh
That's how you're supposed to play this map. It's turtley so you focus on the sides then go for game enders because with the sides they had about 300 more income than the top team. Just unfortunate that blackheart got head shot

Not to be a smart ass, but the I in “isekai” is pronounced like an “e” in English. It’s the Japanese way of saying things.
Hell, Isekai is whole genre that means being transported into another world, which makes sense because you literally travel to another world every game. XD

Remember they can't see everything, maybe that section wasn't scouted

Your prononciation of isekai is fine except that the beginning is pronounced "ee" as in the word "eel" and "se" as in the word "segment". That's always how you pronounce the letters i, s, and e in Japanese that's written in Roman alphabet.

Fun game to watch and cast but that was the worst end game strategy I have ever seen from high rated players from the bottom team. Absolutely dreadful.
Advice for expansion on the channel: DO MORE. Upload videos more often, add editing into videos to not miss the action, if you insist on the anti-spoiler buffer: fill that time with clips. Upload a compilation of fails/wins. Read and comment back on comments.

Firstly, your pronunciation of isekai is incorrect (i-se-kai) it has no z and the first I is a short sounding "i".
Secondly that's Farms.
Thirdly if you're recording your voice separately to the game then you might want to edit out your coughing.
Your audience for supcom is limited. Maybe you should consider creating videos for other games as well if you want more subs and views. But your skill and ability to cast goes beyond supcom. Its a marketable skill. Think about expanding your horizon.
I don't know if 26,000 subscribed is limited. Of course, he could expand, but still not peanuts. :)
Other games means less supcom games. And most of his audience wouldn't watch this other stuff.

Fair point, but to be a great caster you have to understand the nuance of the game you are casting.
There's plenty of other casters for more popular games.
