On your measurement for placement of the door hinge what is the measurement of the line from the end of the door to the Hinge that you split with the elongated hole and the round hole of the hinge or how did you calculate the line distant from end of door. Sorry about bothering you just having problem getting doors to lineup.
No problem. If I understand you correctly, the holes on my hinges are 27mm and 45 mm from the edge of the door.

Could I use 1/2" MDF on the back section instead of 3/4" birch Trying not to buy another sheet of birch or can I use a 1 x4" pine at the top and bottom? The open back is no problem,the unit is being permantly installed on my motorhome wall . Using MDF concerned about width of 1/2" being wide enough for piano hinge fit.
I can understand the reluctance to buy another sheet of plywood, especially right now. But, it's such a large carcass that it needs to be structurally sound. 1/2" MDF could be fine if it never gets any type of moisture which may be hard in a motor home. Also, the screws for the hinge will have trouble biting into the MDF and will bore it out over time.

How much would you charge me to make a TV lift?
Could you reply with the measurements needed to install the hinges to the door.I believe I have the same hinges. The instructions are a little vague. They state the front hinge part part from the door edge which is A = thickness of sidewall + 4mm. My A=1/2'' + 4/32 (5/8'' + 1/32. I believe that measurement is from the door edge to the back edge of the hinges which attaches to the door. Is this correct and do I have to do anything else to get the correct spacing between door and correct overlay. Appreciate any help.
