I used to be an OT and often recommended kettle tippers to my patients. I've never seen one like the one you used, it looked dangerous. normally you would use the handle of the kettle to control the pour, which gives you more control and stops it tipping over. I dont like the handle on the tipper at all.

I am actually glad that the kettle tipped over with cold water in your video. People interested in the kettle-tipper and watching your trial run can now make extra sure nobody gets hurt. ♥️

We considered a kettle cradle for me because I struggled to lift the kettle, I was just shaking soo much the water was going everywhere. I took to leaning the kettle over the side of the sink and pouring into a cup in the sink.. I finally told my husband I couldn't do it any more. And he bought a hot cup. You fill it with a jug or something. Even a cup would work. Then it pours out a measured cup of hot water for you. Kind of like a Nespresso machine but for hot water. My husband tops it up once a week(sometimes more) and all I need to do is press a button.

The bottle opener was user error, I’m disabled and I’ve used several brands of multi bottle openers and I’ve done this many times before. When you look at the picture on the handle you will see that you just needed to flip it the other direction. Thanks for interesting videos!

Loved this video as always! But I did want to mention, please don't use a microwave to poach an egg it's extremely dangerous, even if you pierce the yolk the egg can explode and there have been many cases of people being severely burned from doing it. Ann Reardon has a video explaining the dangers, I had no idea myself until I saw it. It might not happen every time but the one time it does could be deadly so I think it is much safer to just cook them in a pot.

Isn’t the “cup” cover intended for a can? That’s what they show on the packaging.

Looks like you use the 5 and 1 opener wrong. There is a small indentation on the top for the can rivet to fit into allowing you to get closer to the hole to be able to leverage it better.

I’ve had the 5 in 1 opener gadget for about 5/6 years. It’s great and I use it often. The drinks can opener does work if you don’t slide it all the on and lift up slowly. I found using the slot to help start the ring pull on cans before using the hook end helps too.

I've had that "multi opener" for around 10 years. I used the drink can opener by far the most, you don't slot it all the way on and it worked awesome when I was a little kid

Just as an fyi, OXO has a limited life time warranty. Recently i had a salad spinner where the plunger stopped working. Even though it was 10 years old, they sent me a brand new one. Love your gadget videos. All your videos, really.

the red button looking gadget that was said to cut cling film I believe is actually better specifically for Ontario, Canada, where we have bagged milk, that would be perfect for cutting the bag!

I had a mentos-coke nozzle that had a magnetic thing inside and a string on the outside so you could screw it on completely and nothing would go in, and then you'd pull the string and it'd drop the mentos in.
