I use my bread machine, just for mixing (the dough mode) when l want different shaped buns or bread. But l also just use the bake feature during summer (as l let the sourdough ferment in the refrigerator overnight). I set the machine outside on the patio table to bake, so my kitchen doesn't heat up. So next time your bread machine goes out consider keeping it for the functions that still work. 💖🌞🌵😷
