Keep it light. The idea is to test your cardiovascular system extra hard by adding some resistance to these exercises. If you go too heavy then likelihood of injury rises. I can’t remember exactly what weight I had here, but I would say around 8kg would be good 👊
Do 25 rep for each exercise 10 sec between rest then 60 sec for 3 series of all exercises combined its hiit workout so do not repeat one exercise continuously but all combo one time then 60 sec rest and repeat again 3 times its Tabata style
@@cooprdog3793 yes… correct. I haven’t said anything to the contrary in this video 😅🤷♂️. Training cardio strengthens your heart and lungs and improves your cardiovascular system. It can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve mental health and there’s a host of other benefits. If you’re so into building muscle then you might be interested in the benefits of how cardio can improve your ability to recover in your rest time between sets when training for hypertrophy. Anyways, if you’re not into cardio training then that’s fine. You can watch something else.. this isn’t a video about whether training for strength and hypertrophy or training cardio is better.. It’s just a suggestion for a cardio workout. 🤷♂️
How many Sets of Each?? 2 sets will be ok? Plz Tell...
That’s heart burner 🔥

Above is a great suggestion! ^ 👊
Great workout 🥵
Thank you!! 👊⚡️💪
Fun fact... If you can find the weight in your hands... It's too light to train your legs
It’s a good job I’m training cardio here and not legs then 🤷♂️😅
@@SamuelJordanFitness ...cardio doesn't build muscle.. Cardio doesn't metabolize fat.... Keep wasting your time
