Funniest part in this fight for me was Moro taking the energy or souls of some random family hiding from Tirek. Love that kind of dark humor in villain vs villain fights.

Makes sense. They both start off as an elder, drain life forms and absorb energy to become younger and stronger, their designs take inspiration from The Devil, and both are defeated.
Also both series of the show have become iconic.
Honestly to my opinion I don't like this fight because it's incredibly one-sided fight Terk can only absorb magic from living beings only
Meanwhile Monroe can all can absorb everything life not just living things but also the Earth Moro absorbing ability goes beyond just absorbing Magic

Strength and speed are the same for both characters, in deizenshu it was stated that the macrocosm and all realms on it were infinite in size and it was also stated that the afterlife transcends the mortal realm which makes it atlest 4d and not to mention broly and gogeta reality braking punch and also ssj god goku whom in his fight with berus was going to destroy the macrocosm and they got miloff times stronger since then so I don't see tired beating moro anytime soon.

Okay one quick thing in season 9 of MLP FIM he tells Cozy that it's too dangerous and unpredictable to use Discords magic. Hell even Queen Chrysalis was laying back knowing Cozy with Discords power was dangerous but ineffective. Then when she takes in his magic she looks big and dangerous but ends up doing party tricks not doing real damage. Pinkie on the other hoof was more dangerous with his magic probably because of her unique abilities and 4th wall breaking abilities.
This is negated as this Tirek absorbed Discord's power directly, not given by the bell

*Kazuma Satou VS Subaru Natsuki (Konosuba / Re:Zero)*
-Both modern isekai anime/web novel teenagers that were transported to a fantasy world (Kingdom of Belzerg and Kingdom of Lugunica, respectively), with high expectations of their journeys only to face many hardships from due to being very feeble of their new world, but get by with their cunning wit and quick thinking, with their ultimate goal involving someone close to them (Kazuma needs to defeat the Devil King to return Aqua to the heavenly realm and Subaru wants to bring Emilia as the next ruler of Lugunica).

I always heard Moro's voice as Tirek's since he was introduced.. I do think Moro would be able to speed blitz though, he's far faster than Tirek in base as he took hits from Vegeta.
Tirek consistently keeps up with characters with immeasurable speed.

You made a mistake here tirek can’t control discord magic, he says it in season 9 2nd episode to the final episode
He can't control it via the bell, but is able to handle/utilize it if he drains it naturally, such as when he first backstabbed and siphoned him. As said in a corner box, supplementary material like the TTRPG clarifies Tirek copies special abilities form his victims as well, and as such would have access to Discord's power as long as he didn't acquire it via the bell.

You really need to make some serious changes if you don’t want to get sued for copyright infringement.
Death Battle, owned by Roosterteeth is copyright protected, as are their characters Wiz and Boomstick. Hell you even used their transitions with their branding on it. They are in financial straits right now, and you would be an easy win for them in court.
In order to avoid being sued I highly recommend
1: create your own unique hosts. For example Sci and ‘Chinegun
2: create your own transitions with your own branding.
3: change parts of the presentation to prevent being too close to their style.
Not being a dick, it’s ok if you want to do battles like this, but it can’t be the same as Death Battle.
Hello! While your concern is appreciated, I can assure you what's being done here is fair use. Not only has this sort of "fan episode" content existed for basically every series, Death Battle themselves have encouraged these sort of fanworks plenty of times before, with there even being an annual award category for fanscripts. The channel makes no effort to take credit and fully acknowledges itself as a DB fanwork rather than something original. The channel is also non-monetized and is being purely run for fun and for the community; no profit is being made. They have also been openly and publicly posted in the official Discord in plain view of the crew, often with them being active in the threads they're posted in, without any concern or issue being raised.
That’s not how the law works bub. What part of Law Student did you not understand? It doesn’t matter if you’re not making any money, that’s a really naive view of the law. Non-monetized fan projects are shut down all the time with DMCA claims. Examples include Pokémon fan games which are non monetized but are routinely shut down by Nintendo and Garry’s Mod recently was DMCA’d by Nintendo despite their workshop materials being non monetized. Disney and Warner Bros DMCA non monetized fan projects all the time too. Not to mention, Rooterteeth is NOT an independent company, they are owned by Warner Bros. Which also means that Warner Bros also owns all of the copyright, so anything the cast said about encouraging fan work means absolutely nothing. Fair use has several categories and this doesn’t fall into any of them. If you think it is, feel free to say exactly how. It’s literally the same thing as death battle with a different name. It’s so close that a judge will side with Warner Bros. The only major difference is that the battles are auditory rather than visual. Again, not enough is different.

Again, these sorts of fanworks are actively encouraged by the crew, and this series in particular has been shared around in official circles and even praised *by* the crew. U kind of downplayed moro the afterlife in dragonball is stated to be transcendent over the living realm giving him at bare mimum 5d levels of power and the kaishin realm even transcending that making it 6d and thats no mentioning him scaling above jiren from tournament of power who his power was stated to transcend time and transceding time makes u alone 5d im tired of people making the dragon ball cosmology low multi its way higher and no there are infinite multiplier in dragon ball since goku could have beat infinite zamasu who merged with entire trunks timeline and each macrocosm in dragon ball is in fact infinite also the multiplier of super saiyan god is in itself an infinite multiploer since goku said it was entire realm of power way above anythong he showcasee in z even above a hypothetical ssj3 current vegito and has that power in his base and moro scalea wayy way waaaay above that to an infinite degree considering goku going ui alone shook an infinite world of void and the battle between jiren and goku being called superdimensional by the narrator also characters have immeasureblw speee inn dragon ball since jiren was litrally stated to surpass time when fightng jiren and power and speed are one together in dragon ball the more ur power increasea the higher ur speed

It's been consistently shown in generational crossovers that G1 Magic can easily overpower G4 Magic, like the Rainbow Of Light being able to oneshot the Elements Of Harmony

@@codycartwright6998 In the manga Tirac at one point wields the Element Of Magic and gets casually overpowered by the Rainbow.
Tirac is also able to briefly hold back and even at one point stalemate the rainbow, while Tirek is easily defeated by the elements.

First off he gets overpowered with Twilight Sparkle and the Rainbow of Light. He was overpowered by them together, you can see she's using her magic. There's no way to say he would have been beaten if not for Twilight attacking alongside the Rainbow.
Second: He only had the Element of Magic not the full set. The Rainbow of Light only beat a single Element.
Thirdly: He was merely wearing the crown. Nothing indicates he was actively using its power. Merely wearing the Element doesn't grant you it's power. We know this because Spike wore an Element and wasn't amped by using it.
Tirac also would've been transformed like Sunset Shimmer if he were truly using its magic to boost himself. He was not transformed.
Fourthly: It's crossover scaling. The entire multiversal timeline was messed up thanks to Discord.
Not only is there a chance this isn't the original version and not a crossover version, but crossovers toy with the power scaling between characters all the time for the sake of plot.
