I think it's a good idea to full 4 space of the lower hoppers too in order that material do not get stuck on them when a chest is full

Mine isnt working right. Ivw double and triple checked all my hoppwes and everything. Some of my chesta sort the others juat keep filling the hoppers. Help please

Just use water streams it will use less hoppers
If your Chest line is more than 8 blocks leave a gap after 8 blocks in chest and place ice

What if you wanna do pearls? How would you add the 41 items? Should you just not have a pearls section and use the "unfiltered chest" as your pearls?
Can you enable it to sort multiple things into the same chest?
Yes. All you would have to do is leave 2 spaces inside the hopper, and place a stack of both of the items you'd like in the chest. Anything you place inside the hopper will be the item that gets filtered into the chest.

It's a Cassic design. That said, I haven't seen it build under the ground before. It makes the whole thing look a little cleaner

hi, it does sort my items, but not in the right chest. i placed the symbols, but it does just ignore them. What can I do?
it's not the Symbols that are of importance, it's the Hopper Part, where those 4 named sticks are placed and then 41 items of the one you want to sort into the chest below.
Is there anyway to put in items you don’t want then they get destroyed automatically
U could connect tht last side chest(where all the unwanted items are being stored) with a hopper below connected to a dropper and have a castus infront of the dropped (cactus destroys anything thrown at it)

If you add 44 renamed items and 1 sorter item it will work
It wont because comparator will give stronger signal due to initial hopper having too many items and activate sibling hoppers. U would need to space hoppers out by 1 block to make that idea reliable
It would equal the same amount. I am just lowering the cost of the item you want to sort

@@seththeg8672 your case would keep 64 + 44 items total, which would give out stronger signal than with 64 + 4 items total. That signal can creep on adjacent hoppers

Why does it stop at 41 blocks???
The key is to have 45 total items (41 + 4 named items), at the 46th item the hopper/comparator signal goes from 3 to 4, which turns off the torch and enables the hopper.

you need to use bloc like stone before putting redstone on it, it doesn't work with glass block ^^
