Observation: I noticed the Thai People don't stare. Go to S. Korea public market and you will be stared (Black or White, but especially Black) at the entire time you're outside...and we've been in that country (defending it) since the 1950s. Three generations of my own family have earned the Korean Service Medal for serving in Korea. It's crazy man😅😢
AJ is quite right. Grocery shopping is an experience in Bangkok. Convenience for the customers is a top priority

Cheap food is everywhere I'm not understanding the meal prep concept
I'm on a diet mate! But also I realize my energy can be down when I don't consistently eat clean! Food is cheap in Thailand but often comes with a lot of salt, and oil and is very spicey. I also work from home and never have time or energy to worry about spending an hour cooking and then eating for another 30-60 minutes. You can easily gain a lot of weight in Thailand if you're not going to the gym every day or keeping your meals healthy. I also just can't beat spending $50 bucks a week to have food cooked and prep for me already. I'm also very spontaneous when it comes to leaving the country, sometimes same day I'll fly to the Philippines, Bali, and Vietnam, so it prevents me from having a lot of groceries going to waste.
