I have a laptop MSI GP62M 7RDX (WOT Edition) -1275RU. I do not experience such problems as you have with the CPU temperature. You even get throttling. I recommend to clean and replace the thermal interface.

man please just play on 900p ... I have the same specs for a laptop and games are running very nice on 900p.
( see gtx 1050/1050 ti full specs the recommended res 900p).
