It’s a nonbinary rainbow pin. One of his kids is nonbinary and he wears it in support of them.
@@kimsward4065Yes he'd support his kid first obviously, but it's also in support of non-binary people and the LGBTQ+ community in general which he's supported for a long time already :)

My daughter and I watched the show a few months ago and both really loved it! We've both dealt with fairly severe mental health issues and appreciated the show. We talk about Campbell Bain pretty often.

@@pipsyandmanoneki378 He's also done narration work for nature series (Earthfilight, Spy In The Wild and its sequels) which I find totally mesmerising. That is quite literally David speaking in just his own voice for hours!

What a delightful person David Tennant is. Could listen to him waffle on for much longer than this, he brings every anecdote with warmth. Must do, wearing such amazing knitwear. When I was a kid, we tended to watch things over and over because we had only a limited amount of things on VHS. We'd bother my parents with The Great Mouse Detective, mostly.
The Great Mouse Detective is a severely underrated Disney movie! I was a big fan of Pete's Dragon (the OG 70s one) and Hercules.

I could literally listen to this man talking for hours and never get bored. He's just so funny and down-to-earth, I genuinely absolutely adore this gentleman. How can you NOT love him? 🥺 He just seems like such a delightful person, I'd love to meet him one day and thank him for everything he's done for so many people. Truly such a talent! Also, I'm still not over him being such a supportive ally for his child & others with all the non-binary pins and pride pins he wears. 🥺

There's nothing to be guilty about it, it's a great fun show. Guilty pleasures are for things like liking a kid's show, or some cheesy romance and so but as was already said, enjoy what you enjoy. Nothing to feel guilty about with Casanova.

I can listen to this wonderful human being for years on end and it never gets old. He has this magical ability to turn even seemingly the most boring or basic story really into something fabulous without visibly trying and that’s amazing quality. Love him so much

I watched Takin Over the Asylum a few months ago and it's wonderful!! My daughter and I talk about Campbell Bain all the time!! The character is has bipolar disorder and the amount of energy David had in that show was truly mind blowing!
When he mentions the jacket he got from his first role i think he got confused with his first tv role on dramarama as neil mcdonald, where he actually wore a black denim jacket and acted a bit rude, instead of the psa where he wears a blue puffer jacket, but i guess it was a long time ago 😂

Ah, the similarities of childhoods of those from West Central Scotland who were born in the 70’s. The first film I remember going to see was The Empire Strikes Back and I too went on holiday to Millport in the mid to late 70’s…which in reality was within day trip distance of home but I can’t blame my parents with having three kids under ten to deal with.

Christopher Heyerdahl is another actor who has the incredible ability to have his face do almost nothing, and yet somehow there's waves of emotion emanating from it.
Was first introduced to David's work in Casanova. I also love his scene in Doctor Who with the Racknoss and killing all her babies. Catherine's call to the Doctor, "Doctor, you can stop now." made me say hey now, there's more to this comic actress than meets the eye. Definitely brilliant pair.
