Recent Files Not Showing in Quick Access / File Explorer / Home in Windows 10/11 {FIX: Two Methods}

Recent files and folder not showing in quick access or file explorer home? You can fix the issue easily by one of these two methods.
Method 1: Right click on the start button - settings - personalization - start - Turn on
"Show recently opened items in start, jump lists and file explorer".
Method 2: Open file explorer home - click on the three dots on the center - opetions - privacy - turn on these
a- show recently used files
b- show frequently used folders
c- show files from office.com
click on apply and ok.
