Crème Brûlée Cupcakes

• 5 Large Egg Yolks
• 100g Whitworths Caster Sugar
• 25g Plain Flour
• 20g Cornflour
Cupcakes
• 200g Whitworths Caster Sugar
• 120g Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
• 2 Large Eggs, at room temperature
• ½ Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• 125ml Whole Milk
• 200g Self Raising Flour, sifted
• 75g Whitworths Demerara Sugar
