Personally, CBs should be for emergency use and should be mandatory on every truck just think how many pile ups could be minimized etc.. many situations could be prevented and CBs should be turned on at all times and yes mud duck is vary annoying and I wish he would lose power 😂

Honestly, some people shouldn't be allowed to have one because they spew so much unnecessary hatred and drama it's not even funny.
Use it for what it's intended, share road and traffic conditions, warn other drivers of potential hazards/dangers and of course where the smokey bears are 😉😅

Mud Duck like all SSB users who have nothing better to do than shoot skip all day are losers and they've ruined CB radio only because they don't want to get their license to operate on another band. Open book tests must be difficult for them. I'd like to see truckers move to GMRS radio. It has better range, sounds better, you can use repeaters like I do and talk to people fifty miles away or more. Yes a license is required but it's like 30 bucks for ten years and many of the radios run 25-50 watts out of the box.

I've been off the air for 20 years. I put a CB in my work truck about 6 weeks ago, and I FKING HATE MUDBUTT!!! Is it because he's got a big radio? No. It's because he's wrecking channel 19!!! I don't drive a big truck, but I'm out here on the highways doing my job, too. There are 38 other channels to skip on (40 channels on CB radio, channel 19 for truckers and travelers and channel 9 for emergencies: that leaves 38 channels). I've pinned coax back in the day. If I was closer, I'd find him and pin his coax, and relocate the valve stems on his camper (yes, he's in a camper). There is a Facebook group all about this a hole.
Drove over the road later in life for twenty one years. Retired now for 3 years. I can truthfully say I will never get back into a truck.
For the reason the industry is full of scoundrels, Liars and cheats. And the drivers are the ones that suffer The most because of it. Thank you for the driver's out there. Delivering our goods God bless you.

Why in the hell can’t we park on a exit ram or an on ramp. We payed for them. There has never been an accident on a ram ever. Check it…..I have driven 35 years never seen anything happen on a ramp. The ramp is where I check chains. Make phone calls do paperwork and stretch my legs. I love sleeping on ramps I never stay in truck stops. Way to dangerous. You will get wrecked in a truck stop. Way to many new drivers that cannot back up. I will continue to use the rams and I will except the ticket. I no longer sleep on them but I bet I hit 3 a day for 15 minutes.
