Great video Taylor, And just saying enough about personal things gets the message out to us, You dont have to share more (unless you feel comfortable with doing that and for the reasons that could make you feel better), we understand what families can be like. You are your authentic self just the way you are and baring all on Social Media does not make one more authentic at all.
Buddlea ‘butterfly’ bushes are amazing! Trim back after flowering, so it doesn’t get leggie. Flowers smell lovely and attract butterflies. Catnip for Monarch butterflies especially. 🌿

That Artus shawl is looking stunning, really love your colour choice but then you always have good taste! I find the skincare world is so hard to navigate, just trying to find a night cream has left me so confused I've given up 😂 Sending you lots patience and strength to get through your family stuff xxx 🪴
Yes, we all have family problems. And we do need to keep thinking of nice things, like your shawl ❤
🌿 English is my third language but here I go: sounds like your brain is working really hard now, processing thoughts and feelings. And that takes a lot of energy, it's like your brain running on a mental treadmill. Usually we don't even realize how much our brain is working in stressful situation. Then suddenly all the synapses associated with knittig and relaxing start working and "turn off" the treadmill and your brain is "why is everything so quiet and still?" Getting some rest is what you need, the joy of knitting will be there when the time is right. I hope things will get better soon.❤

You can easily propagate the butterfly bush by trimming it with two nodes and just popping the stem in the ground with the lower node under the earth. I have heaps I've done this way! I just trim back all the larger leaves.

If it’s really hot I might wait to cut it back until fall when things are a bit cooler, that said, I don’t have a butterfly bush so I’m no expert. Do you watch knitting podcasts when you knit? I would of loved to have the same wool to get the same effect, but in Québec I won’t find it. Can you recommend me a similar wool that I can use and sold in Canada? Thank you
The wool is from a Jacob fiber… any worsted spun worsted weight yarn should do!
