The world is a very big place what works in a place doesn't have to work somewhere else. Yet western politians can't possibly think outside of their political bubble. People like this should not be performing those jobs period.

@@abdosoliman , I am not from the US-led Collective West, in case you weren't aware of that.
I started paying attention to Mr. Adel al-Jubeir sometime more than a decade ago when watching some sort of documentary. I knew right there and then The US/West wouldn't be able to fool anyone and any state any more (that is of course excluding their vassals and subservient regimes).
What you said that the US/West politicians actually believe in what they say themselves. Yes. And that's where they fail themselves.
What one would have found out long ago is that the US/West manufactured all sorts of lies and twisted views about anyone or any state that don't jump on their wagons, attempting to oppress those people and states that refuse to be their vassals or puppets, while over time they themselves actually believe their own lies, so do their citizens. When they are confronted with new development and new events around the world they were pretty much unable to sort out the matters and find any solution to their new problems and difficulties, because they base their thinking on the falsehood and lies they fabricated sometime before (and also keep on doing still). It is not just the bubble they live in, but the bubble built of lies and falsehood they did to themselves.
For instance, when issues involves Arab or China, the stereotype that comes to mind among the citizens of the US/West is always something they thought inferior and uncivilized -- yet totally without any evidence, totally lacking any first-hand experience.
Look at the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine recently, why the EU/the US thought they could sanction Russia into oblivion? And still they now even went on with the so-called 7th Round of sanction? What is really pathetic and lamentable of the Europe as a whole is they still haven't come around to realize that it was exactly this sort of sanctions based on total lack of understanding of where they themselves stand and of what makes Russia got them where they are -- having to limit shower to washing only 4 body parts and cutting the shower time, etc.
Anyway, what you stated is totally correct and I agree on them all. My first response to your statement was purely sarcasm towards Blinken and the US/the West.
      PEACE!

India took a page from the Russian text book when they announced just a week ago the use of the Indian rupee in international trade. The move is aimed at stopping the downward slide of the rupee as well as facilitating Indian trade with countries under sanctions by the U.S./West. With more and more countries ditching the dollar, the American greenback no longer holds its dominant status and this will certainly exacerbate the financial downturn in the U.S. to a large extent.
The planned expansion of BRICS to BRICS+ -- with Iran and Argentina already submitting their applications and the possible inclusion of Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Indonesia, Nigeria, Senegal, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand as well as other aspiring nations -- will surely accelerate the demise of the U.S. currency to the point that it can no longer weaponize the dollar against other weaker economies. Everybody has now found a way to counter American unilateral sanction and extraterritorial jurisdiction. The days of the bully are coming to an end.

Just like the majority of nations that didn't take side with the U.S. on the Russia-Ukraine war, the world is simply tired of America trying to impose its value and ideal on other nations. However, with the "business is business" mentality, it's doubtful if your country will ever change for the better.
