Short Biewer Terrier description:
The Biewer Terrier is tricolored dog in white, black and tan color combination. They must have all white legs, white tip of the tail, white chest and belly.
Other than the color, Biewer Terrier has the same appearance as Yorkies and the size is similar as well. Typically, their height is between 7-11 inch, which is 17-28 cm and weight is typically between 4-8 pounds, which is 2-4 kg.

We have an eight month old female Biewer. She's wonderful! Personality more like a big dog than a toy. She loves kids, and loves to play. She does have the terrier stubbornness, but is bright, and picks up training if we're patient and consistent. Great video.

I use to have a Biro Terrier named Sugar, she was so sweet. Gotta love the chocolate parti color, but the black parti is beautiful as well I hope the Biro one day gains more recognition too. They’re all are so cute!! I might get Biewer terrier someday...after my cat though, she hates dogs 😂. Great information on this breed it’s less well known as well and I hope they become more popular. 💘 Parti puppies

Great video. My Biewer, Mikey (Prince Michael) is a little over one year old and is the first one of this breed I have owned. He is a real character. He loves chasing his small tennis balls and all of hi stuffed toys.

I have a soon to be 10 year old Biewer Yorkie. Her name is Genny, she is so bright and aware, I love her to pieces. She and my Bichon Frise who will be 12 this year play all the time and sleep together, BFF’s for sure.

@@Rocadog I’m very interested in your dogs, however I have to look into having three dogs, whether or not it is allowed in our Rules and Regulations. I won’t know until Monday when I will contact the Management Office. I moved from California in September 2020 and bought a house and moved in on October 5, 2020 and I find I do not have a complete copy of the rules and regulations. Since Genny and Samantha are 10 and 12 this year, I’m already missing them and thought a puppy would bring new life. Genny the Biewer has an enlarged spleen and Samantha has been on Adequan injections every 4 weeks since January, 2017 for her arthritic hips. I’ll get back to you on Monday, I just want you to know I’m very interested. If you want to see me and my dog Sanderella, we are on You Tube under Sanderella, in Beverly Hills, California. She lived to be 18 years 3 months, a Bichon poodle mix given to me at her age 6.
@@Rocadog further to follow up, I want you to know I’m very interested in your Brewers, but I must first check our rules and regulations as I do not have a complete copy. I’ll know on Monday whether or not if I am allowed to have three dogs. I might be jumping the gun. Genny will be 10 on 5/24 but she has an enlarged spleen. Samantha who will be 12 on 4/23 is treated every 4 weeks for an arthritic condition in her hips with an Adequan injection, since January 2017. I have a question for you. Does the Biewer coat change like the Yorkshire Terrier's coat. From puppy to adult do we see a change?
Yes
The body color pretty much stays the same although on some the black will lighten to the more steel gray like a yorkie does. The face will definitely lighten up. They're going to lose their puppy coat around 6 to 8 months of age. They they turn from a little fluff ball into a long silky coat if you choose to go full coat. The long coat really isn't that difficult to take care of you just have to be committed to do it pretty much daily pretty much daily although if you keep up with it you're talking 5 to 10 minutes.
