My husband & I are sitting in our hotel room in Nashville Tennessee.. Weary to the bone from driving endless hours for days.. we ordered room service for dinner and watched this charming video.. Already feel better from the joyful energy that you share .. Inspirational as always.

Wonderful to know that Kama Ayurveda has reached Harrods ! Their Kumkumadi Thailam is one of the best face oils…a must try ❤
Hi Leonora. My mother in law was unfortunately in the last years of her life very sick, she was introduced to ayurvedic products earlier in her life, along with meditation. As a huge treat for herself, she went to a Ayurvedic spa in Kentucky, USA. It was an amazing stay for her, and she literally glowed! When we picked her up from the airport. She smelt amazing from all the oils, essentials, flowers etc., her hair was tucked under a silk scarf and hat, from all the head and hair treatments, slicked with oil 😅 she looked like an actress trying to hide her identity 😂 so happy, restored and glowing. If you're able to afford such a spa, I would recommend it highly, why not, we live but only once. ❤ love to all x p.s. I think you mentioned in a previous vlog, a US trip was needed. .

I love winter so I am happy when we have snow and I can be home with a cozy fire and good home made things to eat. I don't like summer so I enjoy the shorter days of winter as well. Your soup looked delicious. I am going to try to find home made cat treat recipes for our ungrateful feline.
