I’ve had my Kore Essentials Tracline belt for a year now, still love it. I like that you can adjust it so easily with the ratcheting buckle. It has supported every gun I’ve carried no problems.
I held out buying a EDC belt for years hearing positive reviews of Kore belts so I reluctantly ordered a FDE nylon & a leather Kore belt 3 months ago & now I own 5 Kore belts because Kore has made wearing belts great again.
I’ve had my kore belt for about a year now, all I can say is WOW. Nothing compares. I have a leather model with a traditional looking buckle. It’s the best belt I’ve ever bought. I highly recommend it.
Just ordered my Kore belt this morning. My brother has one and can’t stop talking about it so I thought what the heck. Really looking forward to getting it in
Tom Stevens, KS So here's my experience with Kore. I been using one of their belts for about a month and a half. I carry every waking hour of every day. This is by far the best belt I've ever owned. It's stiff, yet flexible and almost infinitely adjustable. If my gun starts to sag a little as the day goes on, a quick tug fixes the problem. No more issues with one hole is too loose and the next is too tight. So as you might guess, I would recommend this belt to anyone who carries long hours like I do.
I have two main questions: 1. How is the quality and durability? Does it still look new? 2. Does it look good for formal attire? How about smart casual? Thank you!
Iv had the same Kore belt for over 2 years and it's been the best carry belt Iv ever used and is still it pretty good condition considering the amount of use it's seen
Just bought my 4th and 5th Kore Essentials belt in multi cam and western leather. I dig these belts even if I am not carrying I wear them. Its all I wear.
I have both Kore and Nexbelt. Love em both, my favorite belts. They're almost the same belt but Nexbelt has set screws in addition to the clamp to hold buckle securely and is tapered at the feed end.
I see from watching further, Kore has now added the Allen screws now too. Had mine a while and it didn't have those. Glad to see both have that feature now.
Great review, thank you for a good straight forward review, you discussed everything but price. Or did I just miss the info about cost in the review? Thanks again!
They run $50 to $70 or so depending on leather or nylon and the buckle chosen. Nexbelt is a different brand but basically the same belt and buckles. I have both and they're the best I've ever owned for concealed carry.
After numerous reviews and the comments here I'm sold. I'm currently using a 5.11 carry trainer for a glock19 size gun and the 5.11 is a flimsy piece of junk. Thanks for the review!
recently bought the Kore "Garrison" 1.75" belt... and i will say it is without a doubt the BEST belt that i have ever owned.. except for ONE small problem.. it almost doesnt fit the belt loops on my jeans. if i had to order it again, i would step down to the 1.5" belt..
ove kore belt Micro adjustments for if im carrying Appendix n want more room when sitting down in a Restaurant or if im OWB carrying a Glock21 w/a 17 1 mag n all that extra .45acp weight n this belt doesn’t budge or care. Cool buckels n i Love the OD Green. If any advice is get the Extra 2 velcro belt slack retainers so if U loose the one that comes w/ the belt ur still good.
I would recommend kore belts. It's very sturdy and looks great. I use a Tier One Axis Slim for a Sig Compact P320 with the belt. I can adjust the tightness easily to conceal while standing and loosen up for comfort when sitting. Great belt for concealed carry.
I want everyone to know first hand I do not have any affiliation with Kore Essentials Gun Belts. I am a Very Happy and Satisfied customer of Kore Gun Belts. My first purchase (2015) was the X1 black leather belt and I loved it! My first gun belt was a (5.11) traditional belt that had holes spaced @ 1 inch increments and it was either to tight or to loose. Grrr. Not the case with my Kore gun belt. Their track line belt has 1/4" adjustments for that perfect fit, so when I over eat I'm just a 1/4" or two away from comfort..lol No joke! I purchased a 2nd Kore Belt and went with their Tan Tactical Gun Belt. The tactical belt is definitely stiffer than the leather gun belt. That being said By No Means is the leather gun belt inadequate to support your EDC. My EDC is either my G19 (9mm) with 2 spare mags or my G36 (45acp) with 2 spare mags. I wear my Kore belt 365 days and I had only 1 small issue with their Gen-1 Tactical Gun Belt. Kore Customer Service is Top Notch!!!! They took care of me and sent out a Free replacement that same day. Thanks Shawn! :) I will NEVER go back to using a traditional belt that has holes for adjustments! Kore Essentials Gun Belt are worth every penny. I Highly Recommend them to everyone I meet. Kore Gun Belt owner for life.
I use KORE essentials belts. I like them. Are they the best carry belts? Don't know, haven't tried all carry belts out there. But, I have been happy with them.
In 2019, I bought a Kore Essentials belt, a dept store trakline belt, and a Custer Custom Leather Belt. I alternated the wear of each, some times “carrying” and sometimes not. Not long after the one year Kore warranty expired, the buckle broke. The pin came loose making it useless; and there is no repair. What’s more disappointing is that I had only worn the belt about 50 times and only a third of those were load bearing. I enjoyed the belt while it lasted but am very disappointed in the buckle’s quality. I am still rocking the Custer and the department store belts.
I don't find any problems with my survival belt. Just a regular nylon belt. Have not found a need for a "rigid" belt in my edc as of yet. But if one wants one I hear great stuff about kore. Nice review. 👍
@@steveb6103 I tighten my belt to the point that it does not affect me. Full disclosure,my edc I use a paddle holster and when I get into production competition with my shadow2 I'll be buying a ghost holster and a kore belt. 👍
I've used Blue Alpha Gear for the last 4yrs. That belt has been solid, but like anything you wear daily it will eventually wear out & need replaced. I'll give Kore a look when I stop being so damn cheap & finally replace my current belt, which was alot more than around $60-70 bucks.
I own a nexbelt, groove life, and kore essentials. Nexbelt - if the kore didn’t exist I would wear this. Groove life - great for everything except carrying a firearm (imo) Kore - almost identical to the Nexbelt but better thought out, Like the closing mechanism is sturdier. The inner belt is also leather ( I thought this wouldn’t matter, IT DOES for comfort).
Yes sir I'd overlooked the belt for many years. My back was giving me trouble too. Big Johnson told me it was my belt. He told me about the $30 Gunbelt and I've been wearing one ever since. No more back pain. That track system looks like a winner.
KSGunguy.... I get the reason behind having the correct belt for conceal carry. The challenge to me is the price for 1 good gun belt. The ratchet sound adds new meaning to the phrase... "Time to tighten up our belt". Back to my point, I am thinking that the is a good belt for a price lower than the one in your video. If not then before i tell my wife I need a better belt, I will have to really tighten my belt"😳😳😳
Richard Oliver This belt is well worth the price. I've been wearing them for about two years and they are built to last and support a carry gun. Both of mine still look new which is a surprise as I wear them daily for work in hot temperatures of Arizona.
I truly think getting the right belt makes a huge difference in carrying. The nice things is, you spend once and then you are good to go. You can reuse the buckle again down the road if you need to replace which saves money. Either way, find something that works and run with it. Thank you and cheers Richard!
I have had 2 belts for about a year. Had an issue with the ratchets on one of them. Kore responded quickly and replaced the belt, no questions. Great belts and even better customer service.
Been using a kore gun belt for a little over year. I use the black gun belt daily for everything. Work, casual etc. Being able to adjust on the fly as needed is awesome. I often loosen up a bit to sit down when carrying appendix, tighten a bit when I go back to standing depending on holster and firearm. My buckle is the same as the one you unboxed. It’s worn and polished a bit, no biggie, still looks good. The only part on the belt sort of messed up is where my appendix holster claws knick it up when putting them on. Not a deal breaker for me there given the use and holding up to the work week as long as it has. Still going strong. It’s carried everything from the 365 on up to fnx 45 tactical... unfortunately there’s no concealing the fnx with my size and frame but it gets plenty use out in the desert. Definitely recommend it if one is in the market for a new belt.
I use a Kore gun belt and it is a great cross between a leather dress belt and a gun belt. And of course, I really like the slide concept of the tightening mechanism. It’s great not to have to choose a hole in a belt. And with this “dress” belt, it is a helpful way to go concealed carry as it does not scream “gun” belt.
Alot of people like them but just please try them. I absolutely hate mine. It's so stiff and digs into my skin when I'm sitting or driving or bending. Just please try before you buy.
Right now I use a bigfoot gun belt, it's been nice. 1.5" clips dont move on this belt because its solid and thick. But I have always wanted to try the kore belt, maybe I will sooner rather than later. Thanks KS.
When I first started carrying this was my first choice. I carry, literally, every day. I’ve used this belt near 4 years now (well abused in my profession) It was the best choice for me & still going strong.
I own 2 core belts I've been using for about the last two years. Probably the best belts I've ever owned. I carry everyday and appreciate the firm support they give. Best part you can order just belts or buckles separately and switch them around. Adjusting for those meals really make this worth buying! )
Just bought one absolutely love it !!!this company hit a home run with this belt👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Some sleek designs there. Thank you for the review.
Thank you Brian! Cheers!
Great video, Thanks for posting!
I’ve had my Kore Essentials Tracline belt for a year now, still love it. I like that you can adjust it so easily with the ratcheting buckle.
It has supported every gun I’ve carried no problems.
Great to hear James! I've been nothing but impressed with mine as well. Thank you and cheers!
4th yr with kore super happy with these quality belts. Best part is clicking them in and out. Love that.
I held out buying a EDC belt for years hearing positive reviews of Kore belts so I reluctantly ordered a FDE nylon & a leather Kore belt 3 months ago & now I own 5 Kore belts because Kore has made wearing belts great again.
Great review. I'm in the market for a new gunbelt and this one is high on the consideration list. Thanks!
It’s a high recommendation from me Mohawk! I think you’d enjoy it. Thank you and cheers!
Kore has NEW versions of these buckles out now and a range version that sick. I own them. Love to see you do an update review.
Kore was my first gun belt. Its amazing, blown away. I need to get the dress belt at some point.
Really looking forward to getting it in
Gahhh!! That was the buckle they were out of when I ordered my belt a couple of weeks back!! Love that buckle but needed the belt desperately!
Hopefully they will have more soon! Thank you and cheers Cat!
My first EDC belt was a Kore belt and now I own two. Soon to be three when I get the nylon belt. Best belt I ever owned. Love the ratchet system.
That's awesome! Thank you and cheers!
I literally ordered one yesterday then this video popped up today.
Good timing! Thank you and cheers!
I never loved a belt before and now I love all 4 of my kore belts. Super comfortable and fast to adjust.

Very well said Tom! I agree brother. Thank you and cheers!
Fantastic belts...I have them for casual and other uses. Solid choices for every day living/wearing, IMO.
2WheelManNC Same here, their carry and non-carry belts are great. I also give them as gifts, always well received.
Right on and I agree! Thank you and cheers NC!
Good stuff 👍
Thank you Keith! Cheers brother!
Been running the kore x5 tactical belt the black color for a while now best edc belt out there
That's awesome! They are definitely great belts. Thank you and cheers!
I have two main questions:
1. How is the quality and durability? Does it still look new?
2. Does it look good for formal attire? How about smart casual?
Thank you!
Iv had the same Kore belt for over 2 years and it's been the best carry belt Iv ever used and is still it pretty good condition considering the amount of use it's seen
That’s fantastic Dick! Glad it’s running well for you. Thank you and cheers!
Just bought my 4th and 5th Kore Essentials belt in multi cam and western leather. I dig these belts even if I am not carrying I wear them. Its all I wear.
I have three of these now, and they are all great. In fact, I have gotten rid of most of my other belts.
Right on! I feel the same way as well. Thank you and cheers!

Nice Review, I’ve Been Loving My KORE Belts..I’m Even Wearing My FDE Tactical Version Right Now! Carry on
Right on brother! They are awesome for sure. Thank you and cheers!
I have a kore belt. Recently the buckle broke, I emailed customer service and they sent me a new one! Legit!
Glad they took care of you! Thank you and cheers j!
Very Cool product
I agree Jerry! Thank you and cheers!
My Kore belt just arrived, and I have to say it won't be my last.
Thank you Mark! I did cover the price at the end. Cheers!

Try a fast draw with your nylon belt then with a ridged one. The point is it doesn't come up with your gun.

Why no video of it he belt on your waist with your gun? Gun belt.
I wear my kore belt as my regular belt more than as a carry belt. Great belts and they don’t off that tacticool vibe. Discrete
I totally agree Johnny. The leather one especially. Very discrete. Thank you and cheers!
TRUTH 👍
Thank you Youngguns! Cheers brother!
