1:07 Hell, I'm from Poland and my city had a test of it a few weeks ago. I initially thought it's an Air Raid Siren Test, because I've never heard such a thing before.
The sound was a bit different at that moment than here. It only played once, but was longer. Now I know what that alert sound was.
Edit: I just realized Lithuania and Poland share the same EAS Alarm sound.

Ik! Us one isn’t that scary to most people BUT. It literally goes off on every device so when watching TV, bam! It’s an alarm and after the first couple of. Beeps it goes to just the blank beep for awhile before then going to what’s actually wrong then repeats itself at the end with some quick beeps. I’m actually quite paranoid from this so it’s can be scary for some people who hate loud sounds and danger like me.

The U.S.A. one should be a 10 because EAS alarms are not supposed to sound scary they are supposed to put you in slight discomfort and in fight or flight mode. The U.S. did tests and found when 2 certain frequencies that are close in frequency were played together it did this very well. That's that long tone you hear after the periodic beeping. Plus if an EAS alarm is too scary it can put too much stress on the individual which is very bad. Everyone just rates it on how scary it is which isn't an accurate way to measure how effective they are at all, people should do some research and stop putting the U.S. alarm so low because scientists worked very hard to make such a great EAS alarm.
