  • We took a little time off after our last several FULL LENGTH workouts, but this week we're bringing you another incredible FULL LENGTH Mat Pilates workout with Paige!! These exercises may look easy, but we promise you'll feel that core FIRE UP within minutes!! Grab your mat and a pilates ball if you have one, take some deep breaths, and join us!!

    First time doing this one. Was stumbling around a bit at first, but got the hang of it. So happy I found you Paige. I can be feeling down & then I do one of your routines & entire mood is life’s,! You rock!

    I’ve been doing your barre workouts & walking outside. Just tried this again. Did your standing abs first. Definitely going to incorporate this with other workouts. I feel great! Going to do your new arms tmw. Again, thank you Paige! You’re the best!

    I made it to the 45:00 minute mark; I am just not a plank person! I liked your version of the leg series and would love to see that as a stand-alone.

    Love this! It would be perfect but the music is so distracting. (Maybe my sound is off, though?) No worries, I will just do it enough so I can remember your instruction and mute! It's that good. Thanks!

    i love this, used it on vacay, but lower the camera so more visual on the body and performance and not the top 3/4s of the room. You're more interesting than the lighting
