The details in this one are fantastic. 99% of tutorials ignore them
Thanks so much for the kind words! I'm big on the details!
Thank you Emma. An awesome set of exercises that I felt wih a moderate kettlebell weight. Bracing the whole body for any kettlebell exercise is an important lesson.
Very nice exercises!
Super!

You're welcome!
Thanks for this great instructions. Could you please write your name in the comments because I couldn't understand you. Have you made any more videos with kettlebells? I would love to see more of these videos because you don't find very many women on CZcams who know how to explain and use kettlebells properly.
Thanks so much for the kind words! It's Emma Bonoli.
And yes, I have lots of videos on both youtube and instagram!
Do you ship to the UK? Having troubles finding a store which will
Yes we do! From Amazon 💪
Can someone tell me (point me to help) as a newbie to kettlebells, am I supposed to do only kettlebell exercises or am I supposed to add other workouts to them? If a kettlebell workout is approximately 15-25 minutes, that doesn’t seem like an effective amount. Am I supposed to do something else? Thanks
I have always added different things : bodyweight / clubs / mace / balancing etc. Specifics can vary so it is difficult to provide a precise answer, for example I have been doing pushups and dips for chest because I found it difficult to achieve with KBs.
Hi Scott, good question, you can absolutely do a full workout with just kettlebells, in fact that is the kind of programming I make for my clients. But when it comes to deciding what to do, you need to first set goals and then make workouts that serve those goals. At the end of the day, the KB is just another tool.
