    An excellent ascending ladder style workout!
    Hits the whole body in less than 15-20 mins...All sets, reps, wts & rest are clearly explained...
    That's how it should be!
    Great video & great trainer!

    Just tried this for the first time with 2x16kg. Lord have mercy I did not feel any fun whatsoever! The last 2 sets of squats had me panting heavier than a dog on a hot day....
