All throws between 110-125m (360ft-400ft) except spike hyzers that where around 100m (330ft). The Guld was a great glidy max distance driver from Kastaplast. The k1 plastic is one of the best plastic blends in the market with its great grip and moderate softness. The Guld reminds me the most of the PFN Grym X poptop run from 2017. They share similar flight and glide. The Guld is definitely a must bag disc for open courses and playing in colder weather thanks to its awesome plastic.

A bonus to the Guld is the little rounding of the rim (smooth), which makes it very comfortable for both forhand and backhand compared to other drivers in this category which can feel kinda sharp.
I can agree with that. Definitely the most comfortable 13 speed I have thrown.
This is some great footy! Just ordered one of these can't wait to see how it compares to innovas new star charger; as Ive recently bagged one and it HUKS! Being from the northeast I'm hoping the guld provides more grip and a more forgiving finish/tree kick!
I can strongly recommend this disc for playing in the cold. The K1 plastic is one of the best plastics in the market for cold regions. In terms of flight if you are looking for a Charger style flight I would recommend the First run and Glow run as they are a touch less stable than stock runs.

Your form is really good! If you just put a little more speed and some faster footwork into that you are throwing 500 foot no problem. Nice review as well.

So what is more stable? Guld or GrymX? I want somethink bit more stable than king for straight shots about 330ft. Small turn, small fade; and King is bit more understable than i want.
The Guld is more overstable. Especially the current stock run that is more overstable than the first run. Like you can see in the video the Grym x needs a bit of hyzer with my power to achieve a S-shaped shot. If you are ok with giving a bit of hyzer on your release I would say the Grym x is what I recommend.

You’re throwing a minimum of 360 feet and it looks like THAT? Barely looks like you’re trying. If that’s true, I am jealous and need to practice more haha
A ton of winter disc golf is the reason😅 We have a ton of snow in the winter unfortunately so we have to adapt.
@@deuzdiscgolf it’s just alarming how effortless it looks but still drives further than my best throw haha like a magic trick.
Is it less or more stable than the GrymX? Kastaplast needs a driver that is more stable than the GrymX but less stable than the Rask.

I would say the FR flyes like a beaten in Grym X from the poptop run. I just got the stock runs and they are more overstable. In my experience the stock Guld is more overstable than any Grym X I have. I have only once tried the Rask with poor results so can’t give a comparison to that.
