    This is by far my favorite disc in that slot. I haven't even thought about bagging a zone, harp or whatever, since i got my hands on a Järn

    I really like my Järn but I'm also excited to test them in different plastics when avalible

  • @Nale72
    @Nale72 Před 2 lety +4

    When it comes to feel you should really try the stock version (or the x-out nice not perfect) since those are flatter (or even slighly puddle topped) and feels better forehand and are probably more like your more common approach discs.

    I quite enjoy all 3 of my Jarns! A pretty great utility disc. Although I do get a little torn between my Jarn and my Pyro...

      I bag A2’s and I’ve thrown the järn and they’re pretty much the exact same disc just very different plastics

    The closest disc I would compare it to in both flight and feel would be the A2 from prodigy

    Think of the two little dots like in Motley Crue, as if it means you do the long vowel sound but say it through an ooo shape in your mouth.
    Since we know the J is a ya sound and the a oomlout is an ay, it would be called yay-rn phonetically not yarn like your granny knits.

  • @andreasprestby8688
    @andreasprestby8688 Před 2 lety

    Prodigy A2 is in my opinion the closest one, in terms of comparison. Both mold-wise and flight-wise they are pretty similar.

    Only the firstrun regrind have dome, rest is more flat, pink is most overstabel in stockruns.

    • @pbgamble

  • @eric_lambert
    @eric_lambert Před 2 lety

    It’s got a lot of early flight glide and a ton of late flight dump. Maybe I just got a weird one but it is unusually straight for the beginning of the flight when compared to an A2 or a brand new zone.

  • @drwubofficial

  • @austinhamilton9444
    @austinhamilton9444 Před 2 lety +1

    It looked like a slightly rounded version of a mutant. Looked considerably overstable and also flys that way. Seems like a middle disc between a zone and a mutant.

    • @PushbuttonFYM
      @PushbuttonFYM Před 2 lety +1

      This is exactly it. It replaced both my Mutant and Zone in my bag since it is slightly more useable than the Mutant and more consistent than the Zone.

    Btw it's pronounced more like Jern and not Jarn 🙂👍 Another thing that is quite funny is that you pronounce it like you're saying yarn which is soft when Järn is swedish for Iron 😅😂

      @hamfeldt93 Před 2 lety +2

      @@elliotlangley4459 Think about the Ä like the "ai"-sound in "air". And the J is soft like your y, so basically say "yairn" and you've got the pronounciation.

      I can throw a ballista pro 450. Its definitely a 14 speed. A tilt almost 300. I don't know what either of you even mean. Speed doesn't mean distance but it does play a huge part if you have skills and the power

      @@erickrooks904 I can throw a ballista pro 450 too, I can also throw it 150 feet if I need to. Neither of those matter, when the power, angle, wind, slope, all have a much more dominant spot in affecting distance
