    if only you could set cpu behavior to Ganons side special.

      How I'd set it up is to take a controller and wrap the joycon wrist strap around the joy stick so that its always pointing left or right (I show example of this in my video on beating short characters). Then I'd step on whatever button is mapped to special and that should probably get the cpu to side b while your hands are free for the main controller. Its convoluted but its what we've gotta do with this training mode! Either way best of luck in the ganon matchup!

    What buttons do you press for teking?

    • @ScorchMalicious
      @ScorchMalicious  Před rokem +1

      Whatever buttons you have assigned to shield! On a GameCube controller these would be the shoulder buttons

    when do you press the shield button?

    • @ScorchMalicious

      Press the button before you hit the ground. You have can input the tech up to 20 frames ahead of time so just push it a third of a second before you hit the floor!

    can you do a how to Di away from moves?

    • @ScorchMalicious
      @ScorchMalicious  Před rokem +1

      I can explain right here! Just hold the control stick away from the opponent as the move connects. The key is to recognize that they are about to hit you with the move that must be DI'd away, that way you can already be holding away from the opponent. Usually its impossible to DI on reaction the move hitting you, so react to the situation leading up to getting hit!

    Good video, now let's talk about shielding because people over use it too much in neutral. Even top players haha

      Thank you! What do you mean by overusing shield? A shield guide is on the way!

      @@ScorchMalicious Like they'll be playing neutral and shield when their opponent is no where close

      @@ScorchMalicious i know this was already responded to but dabuz has a good point on a short or video where he mentions that attacking is indisputably better because you are gaining something but with shielding you have to hope the opponent messes up
