A thing that helped me a lot is to play against level 9 bots, they are find to learn parries

Learning better movement helps you parry better
dash into a walk
empty land shield
unsafe juggle normal at 0 into parry
For incineroar he best parries when in advance so he doesn't get caught during his run
during a frametrap extension
at the ledge
Against multihits he can do parry revenge instead of just taking shield damage to pika fair
He has other options that can come out reliably due to the parry advantage
Usually though you would rely on the armor on side-b or up-b to counter most weak hitting normals
Practice parrying belmont projectiles, ice climber ice, chrom up-b and other stuff

You can definitely substitute Wolf for Falco! Also I like the idea of using two CPUs to practice parrying multiple attacks, as this will help prepare you for doubles and free-for-alls!
