    So happy to see this.
I’ve been offered a job in AB(I live in northern Ontario).
I’ve been driving OTR for 25 years(flatbed),and sold my truck in 2021.
I’m a 52 y/o woman, and was worried about the chaining in the winter.
After watching this,I think I’m going to fly out next month to meet this guy(potential employer),and see if this is for me.
OTR was often 16 hours and up,so I think I’ll be able to handle the long hours.
    Wish me luck!

I just delivered a load of fuel to one of the sand plants in Crane, Tx. last night. It’s pretty cool to see the whole operation and also see the trucks getting loaded. I’m thoroughly enjoying this oilfield work though! It’s completely different than hauling fuel in the city the stores, gas stations, etc. As long as the wheels are turning here in the oilfield I think I’m here for the long run. Best money I’ve made ever in my short 18yrs of trucking. As for breakdowns I can attest to the price it costs, I broke down in the middle of Jal and Carlsbad on a lease road….cost my company $3,500 for 2 new tires…and it took them 8hrs to get to me! Luckily I’m paid by the hour!!! Love the videos and next stop 10k subscribers💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I plan on moving down to Texas in 2 years to haul sand. I got my CDL at 23 and im 31 now and ive just been bouncing around from state to state banging chicks from highschool and living large and in charge but im ready to finally settle down somewhere and make a home for myself and Texas is the place. Buy a house, find a wife, make 16 babies, buy my first truck and get my authority, and just live my days out as a Texas Trucker. Shit sounds so hard, Texas Trucker 😂

Listen I’m sick of everyone saying you can make “well over” 100k the shits so inconsistent and being away from home ain’t worth it… also if you made well over 100k why did you leave… your content is good stop just lying to these people. I’ve worked for halliburton and several water hauling and cementing companies and yes 50-70k is average for field service guys. Not no mfkn 100-200-300k. I left all that bs behind and am sipping martinis on the weekends in Florida local home EVERY NIGHT hauling heavy and making 92k the oilfield ain’t all everyone makes it out to be. It’s that simple. Show your check stubs if you hauled water at 100k a year or stop feeding people bs. Come with proof, Starting pay in Texas and Oklahoma for the positions you are talking about average 18$ an hour entry level to 25 for experience. I’ve worked in Oklahoma Permian and Barnett shale.

Thanks for commenting Keith. I’m glad your finding success and still able to be home with your family. I did say you would have to complete a lot of loads to make that 100k, sorry if I was not clear enough. Also I have made a video showing my check stubs from the oilfield already if you want to check that one out. I also explained why I’m taking a break from the oilfield in this video and my previous videos.
