I WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH! There is so much you can do as a high school student to prepare for dental school. Passing the DAT is when you study hard,if you can't study or you don't have time for your studies I'd advise you get yourself help like Mr Thomas

Sometimes hard work doesn’t pay you have to back it up with smartness🤓, I think your cousin understood that perfectly

This is so helpful! I have a question how much shadowing hours would you recommend for dental school? And should I shadow multiple dentist?

Glad I could help! There isn't a specific number of hours - it is more dependent on the you gaining experience and knowing what dentistry is. Shadowing multiple dentists can be a great way to gain multiple perspectives!

hey! i know in order to apply to dental school we can pick any major, but what are some majors you would recommend?

It really depends on what you are interested in! Of course, biology / chemistry / biomedical sciences majors have many of the dental school pre-requisites already built into their curriculums. But if you are interested in other topics, you can still work with your advisor to complete your major and all of the dental school pre-requisites!
