The second point hit deep, whenever i speak with my family, i feel like they're not paying attention to me or when i say something, nobody respects it. I always thought this was because i'm the youngest but it also happens whenever my mom or sister speak about serious topics. I love the men in my family but i hate when they don't hear us, or don't think that what we have to say is important 💔💔 Sometimes i feel like i need a new family, one that appreciates the value of a feminine woman.

I’ve recently noticed my body type in particular my shoulders which seem broad and how awkward it looks wearing certain tops, coats, collars and fits. No more firm lined jackets, coats, blazers or tight fit tops that hug my shoulder tightly. I’ve thrown all the clothes that were unflattering to my shoulders and I’ve never felt more confident

I am working on trying to find a day to day feminine makeup and hair look that doesn't take ages but makes me feel a bit more ladylike (I work in a garage, so trousers, hoodies and safety boots are a must)

I love love love this! Your six (+ 1) tips are super useful. I actually created an online course that gets women in alignment with their menstrual cycle to the effect of getting rid of menstrual cramps and PMS--your period and phases become a playground! If you ever would be interested in teaming up, I would love to. I think that we think in a very similar way...ultimately, my work is dedicated to empowering feminine-energy-biased beings (menstrual cycle is one way to do that). This is great. But it seems you’re pronouncing women incorrectly. Women (plural) should be pronounced “wimin”. And Woman (singular) should be pronounced “woo-maan”
