- The Dodgers announced that RHP Emmet Sheehan is done for the year after undergoing Tommy John surgery. We react to the news and discuss how it affects the plan for LA this season.

I usually do that but over the last few weeks, youtube has taken a loooong time to process the stream and won't let me do my edits for hours. Been having to wait until morning.

I think that it's better for Outman to get his reps at MLB but if he's going to be platooned then it's better for him to go down to recover there his timing and confidence. Evidently the way to go should be moving on from CT3 (sadly) but the only road is through DFA. As for Grove....I'm not a fan, I would trade him eyes closed.
Sick of Grove as well!! He is a Mop up guy who can pitch when the Dodgers have a large lead or if they are down big! Grove is diffenitly not starting pitcher material!
A DARK HORSE FOR A CALL UP IS THAT CASPERIUS GUY AT OKC
He's been great since getting the call up to AAA! Still needs a little more seasoning at OKC before he's a real option, but he's proving himself this season for sure.
I would try my chances reinforcing the bullpen with M. Miller.... and for sure revisit the possibility on Arozarena. Other than that, die on the line with what we have, meaning no looking for a SS, I'm quite sure Lux will set his batting and I would give him reruns at SS (based on how much he has recovered his defense at 2B)
You are not going to be seeing Lux at Shortstop this year because the Dodgers are fully committed 💙 👏 to Mookie Betts at Shortstop!
@@jeremyhopwood5822 yup, I agree on them being committed with Mookie this year. I just think they can give some reps to Lux since in 2B he has recovered confidence (thinking on the future)
Seems like we lose 2 to 3 guys every year.... Seems like no coincidence....
Wish they would bring the sticky stuff back since it seems like trying to spin the ball harder is one of the main reasons for arm troubles...
